- Rise Mzansi has lodged a complaint against Deputy President Paul Mashatile regarding claims that his lavish lifestyle is financed by people implicated in state capture. RISE Mzansi's Tebogo Moalusi says the allegations are of a serious nature.

I think the picture of what people expect of a person to represent this country seems to be first a layer of wealth and all its accoutrements. So if the elected person is someone who lives an ordinary life with his family, the projectionist/influencers put expectations on the incumbent to present to the public success via acquisition. So the cars, jewellery, fancy clothes, schools and houses are necessary to display a power base. It seems that no one is interested in the man next door who has a clean record, studied at University, and has sound public policy background. In Africa you need to be loaded with possessions to be accepted. So the cockroach in the wings has everything a man on top of the pyramid could need to project the image, so now the downfall comes. Drop by drop until your soul has been sold. We need someone who will not be swayed by money and. Possessions, someone who’s integrity is unquestionable, who will look you in the face tell you what’s what straight up. Who will make those who share the power with him, be beyond reproach. To tackle the infrastructure head on. Someone who can stand up to the rot and cremate it. To go through all the services and and get new MOU’s for what is expected with 6 monthly goals. To readvertise senior positions in order to check on the academic standing of those people. To employ young graduates who are able enhance senior positions with their contemporary skills. For every position in public service jthe job descriptions need to clearly state what is required in the position they are in. Every job description needs to be explained and signed. Fully trained security guards need to be on each premise looking after stock parking and accompanying the staff members to their cars. Going back to the old clocking in system will keep the few honest. South Africa at the end of the day needs to be renewed in every way possible. Finally if urge government is to supply housing as well as infrastructure then it must be agreed with every tenancy that three monthly inspections will take place to make sure the properties are looked after. Every house must have a pay as you go elect meter, municipality would be able to give each household who is on benefits enough credit on their meter for one month or a fixed rate. Customers can put credit on their card which they insert into the meter for the power to run. Cards can only work at that registered meter so no stealing can occur. Powerlines need to be alarmed so that tampering shuts that area down.
If this lifestyle investigations was done before Zuma and Ramaphosa came in, South Africa would be in a different place. Those rotters would not come in to destroy South Africa.
