The problem is that there is growing homelessness. As the rich get richer. The poor are falling through the cracks. And if this puts more strain on the people, things will get worse. Let's solve some issues!

“Discrimination based off of income”-In other words, landlords determining whether they will actually be paid by a potential tenant. The landlord still owes the bank, property tax, and federal tax on the income at the end of the year… does the landlord not have the right (and duty to their own family) to determine an individual financial worthiness to rent their property?
@@MikeHawkBurns208 Exactly. Most of these apartments are owned by large corporations anyway. Defending unbridled capitalism, even if it means increasing homelessness is not a good approach for a healthy society.
It will get worse. I always gets worse. I know more people who need living assistance just as an average person than I know people who don't need that help. YOU ALL THOUGHT THE HOMELESSNESS HERE WAS BAD NOW. JUST WAIT A SEASON.
One of the problems is that some tenants absolutely destroy the property they are renting or they simply aren't paying their rent. These are the one's who should be penalized. Not us who rent and take care of the property we rent. Penalize those who are the bad renters.
Unfortunately in today's age you deal with management companies instead of personal landlords. The management company sole purpose is to make money. No discretion no empathy. There has to be boundaries set by an impartial third party.

Tennessee, Texas, and Arizona have brought more conservative views here than California could ever dream to. But it's not actually their fault this passed. Idaho's GOP isn't inclined to much of anything to help turn around a situation they're largely responsible for creating.
Fixing a symptom of corporate globalist communism is not the solution.

True.
Yeah, because a government Section 8 housing voucher is a really risky source of rental income.
Lmao imagine defending landlords
