This was one of the most helpful videos of the entire series for me. I'm really glad y'all decided to make this one. I understand all the major components of big walling but have a seemingly endless amount of small questions. This answered many of them.

I don’t usually comment. But this video is so bomber it deserves all the votes I can give it. The individual videos with every minute detail are great but having one video that ties it all together can fill in so many gaps and help so many people. It is so difficult to find how each step transitions to the next step the way that this video sums it up.

  • @roccopellerin9650

This is great! Seeing at all together helps to point out that each detailed video was one part of the system. Like when you are looking at a diagram and it says something like, "back-up system not shown for clarity." Teaching myself, its amazing how much time it takes just to get to the thing I want to practice. Set it all up, get in place, and then as soon as you start you realize that you forgot something, didn't realize how much space you actually need, or that you forgot to account for the "back-up system".

I'm not sending comment a lot but I should said that this last video, as the rest of the series, is just an incredible jewels. It is crazy to see how you are incredibly efficient, for every things. There are hours of training and repetition and one can only see it. You just give me an incredible motivation to learn how to big wall, just want to practice with my friends. A big Thanks to you for your incredible gift and work.

Definitely would like to see more A-Z type videos! The "classroom" instruction that this series has mostly included has been great, but actually going out and watching you do it as you would in real life is a whole new angle and is INCREDIBLY helpful. Jeremiah is an excellent teacher as he goes. This collab has been really enjoyable, informational and entertaining!

personally, i think it is always better to learn by seeing A-Z and then having specific break out videos on portions you want to learn more about, and be able to ask questions directly to those videos. so, id say this is the right format. this is coming from someone who hasn't climbed a big wall ever, and has very minimal climbing experience. this was a very easy way to learn-- to the point that i would almost be dangerous in terms of overconfidence.

This is super helpful. Up to now I had no idea by what it meant exactly to "aidclimb" or "bigwall". I had no idea how most of it is progressing 1.5-2 meters at the time, leapfrogging nuts and cams almost all the way up with very little free climbing. It all starts to make sense now.
Still something I would love to try some day. But it seems a little less exciting than climbing. Probably more of a workout though, seeing the amount of remplacement and pullups and hauls, etc.

I’d like another real life hour long video but on some c3/a2-3 stuff if possible full lead and all. I did city park aid 2 years ago in just under a half hour leap frogging a black totem and a .2/.3 off set cam. That being said it doesn’t take much skill to do so. I’d love to see a legit hard aid lead filmed and explained because it does not exist to my knowledge. Appreciate y’all with this series I definitely picked up a lot of extra knowledge throughout!

Great video! One mistake I noticed (and had to learn about the hard way on my first wall) was at ~38:00 minutes. You docked the bag on a biner that pinched the haul kit. If the bag had been heavy, you'd be unable to retrieve the haul kit biner. I always put the docking biner on the anchor "beneath" everything else for this reason.

Hello! This is the first video of yours I’ve seen and I am so glad! I’ve been reading about this but to find a video to put it together is amazing. I am also excited I can go back now and watch the individual videos with this comprehensive one in mind. I’ve never climbed a big wall but am working toward it and was getting super overwhelmed by trying to imagine everything I read about. This has eased my concerns by making it more manageable through good instruction. I haven’t looked at your video archives yet, but I would like a video on rapping down because I hear that that’s where many accidents and rescues come from.
