this video proof pretty much nothing.....if you want something to work on get a surface. If you want to watch movie and play game get an iPad. Two completely different device for two different purpose. The comparison in the video is bias and isn't really a true reflection of the technological advancement of tablet over the past 14 years. Newer is better just depend on what you are getting.
***** you should tell that to my 5 years old brother....lol the ipad make more sense for him. In my opinion the ipad bro is a stupid product no lie, and apple isn't aiming to sell their tablet at people who want to do any serious work. The video is completely stupid if you base it off the title, tablet technology has improve greatly over the years and this video portrait none of that. this video should be call something like " Apple Ipad pro vs 10 years old window tablet "
UGH... he shouldnt be comparing it to the ipad he should be comparying it to something like a surface pro which actually rusn a desktop operating system.
you dont get it, its not an older tablet, its a PC with tablet funccions like the touchscreen, if you could somehouw put OSX on the ipad then it would be a fair comparison,
***** i agree the surface is expensive, but in my opinion it's just as expensive as an iPad is, cause for the surface you pay for a very good tablet with a lot of functions etc. (still high price but you get something good), for the ipad you pay maybe half the price or something not completely sure of the prices right now, but you don't get as much as you get from the surface. so to conclude, it's both way overpriced but since the prices of tablets (and generally modern technology) are always to high and you don't really pay as much as you get it's normal. I would still buy the surface if i was to buy a tablet because I pay more but get MUCH more.
BattleExtremeNL couldnt agree more I did it as well cos I sometimes need final cut pro, need to program with linux, sometimes play with android, and do heavy lifting on windows while still keeping it simple and portable on the go only requiring 1 device. A plus, 10 inch is not too big or too small either and touchscreen and pen and now DIAL!
Emir Tulumcu because the Apple Pencil has high range pressure sensitivity, it's actually very responsive and useful for art and design, unfortunately it doesn't have the applications to support it's capabilities, if this thing could run OS X it would be an amazing product
The digitizing technology in Samsung Note is better than on iPad Pro. As for the pressure sensitivity, you need only as much pressure sensitivity levels as the size of the brush you are drawing with. If the brush is 20 pixel size, then 20 levels of sensitivity will have the same results as 2048 levels
Emir Tulumcu The situation is different: Acer uses wacom technology and that is the only one that supports pens without a battery, BUT, that technology requires a digitizer behind the screen and makes the tablet a bit thicker. Apple can not allow itself to get thicker, because they have always had a moto "form over function". I will talk about pen digitizers in one of the upcoming videos.
There are so many laptops with pressure sensitive stylus (surface pro, spectre x360...) that adobe and others do not need to make a separate versions for ios and android.
I recomend to you the Cube i7 book , it is an ultra book i bouhgt mine from gearkbest, it supports wacom stylus i bough also the keyboard and i have no regrets. the processor is very good and 4 GB is good enough for phoshop on the go. and best of all it runs full windows 10.
André Fortin "i7" book with "m3" cpu :) It is a bit misleading :) The specs are surely impressive at this price, but honestly, I would only buy it if I needed a tablet for an art installation, a media consumption device, or something else not "mission critical". Definitely rather than any Android or iPad tablet at that price point. Thanks for this, good to know.
Thanks. It was revolutionary but did not start any revolution. I think marketing failed. Nobody knew about those except in some doctor's offices. Every time I would use it on a bus or in the subway somebody would ask me what it was :)
Tech Guy HAHA this was like some alien tech back then :D. i didnt knew that there was that mix of hardware in 2002. important is that it served you very well. and we also see that even though the hardware has quite made a step up in this case the os and app are still very very limited and not useful for advanced stuff.
Its funny. the 2002 notebook could do more than the ipad pro :) And can run more programs. The apple pencil was 100$ and the 2002 Pencil was like 5$ Funny how much apple sucks
That is not just a plastic pen - it is wacom proprietary technology which even $4000 cintiq uses. Unlike apple pencil it does not require battery because it uses some sort of induction from the screen to power itself, and also has pressure sensitivity. This small pen does not have tilt, but the big pen that came with the laptop did have that, also without needing battery.
I run windows 8 & Ubantu on it upgraded to a 256GB SSD and a $5 1GB memory upgrade from Ali Express. It works like a so smooth without any heat dissipation, it has an Intel M processor. I use Photoshop 2015 portable, Gimp latest, Video editors, Microsoft Office 2016. Its still a robust machine. I was 12000 Qatari Riyals in year 2003. No hardware crash. I got 2 more pieces from EBay UK for 35 dollar equiv. Its an excellent machine to download movies for longer days on the run using FRD downloader adding links.
Technically the acer is a convertible laptop and should be compared with surface pro, lenova yoga miix700 and yoga910, dell xps13 and 15, where the OS is windows 10 which is much closer in function.
Adobe has made major improvements over the past 10 years. As a working photographer and cinematographer I came from Photoshop CS2 to the current CC2017 and has been amazed with the capabilities.
Honestly this video really shows how pointless it is to have a tablet with phone OS, it would make much more sense for tablets to run desktop OPs. I have 8 inch tablet and prefer the desktop version of windows over the mobile one, why would a 13 inch ipad run ios instead of OS X?
The Apple Pencil being uncharged right when you needed it was hilarious. Moore's law isn't applicable to HDDs like in the Acer since that law is about transistors. (It is however applicable to SSDs) edit: Can the Acer play back 720p or 1080p youtube video smoothly? I really can't recall if the CPU should be capable of it...
You are right about the Moore's law and HDDs; I was not thinking. I have to try youtube playback, but I remember it was able to play 1024x768@25fps video through VLC without any issues.
Yeah, I wish I could have one of these things too. I wish Microsoft went back to this idea instead of windows mobile, having a full desktop-capable tablet is much better \.o./
One thing that I hate with new products is that everything is trying to be thin. I believe that if we just stayed with a normal form factor but added more things in it such as more battery then newer would be a lot better
just got an hp 2760p because i have had some android tablets and have tried the apple tablets, but needed alot of ports and a windows os to make it useful. Even now, people don't like it just because its old and a little thick. Back when they made it, hp was known for making strong laptops with the user in mind. Now, its all about how thin computers can get and how much you can get away with selling something for.
Aww, you should have demoed ArtRage, Painter , or Illustrator ;) Obviously a for fun comparison, and obviously Apple won't ever call their pen a stylus since it is one but they said no styluses ever ;) But Wacom beats Apple with experience in this arena, so. Was ogling some of those tablet PCs back in the day, ended up importing a 1280x1024 tablet monitor from the UK around 2006. It has served me well, and I had lots of fun in ArtRage. Recommended, and today you can get similar but bigger such screens.
Haha, I did not think that their choice of words "stylus" vs "pencil" is for that reason. That is funny! :) Even other technologies beat apple pencil - if you see my other video with HP Spectre x360 which uses synaptec (or ntrig, I always forget) you can see that it looses there too. It is a silly test, comparing apples and orang... i mean real computers. ;)
pros of iPad -great screen -thin -apps -great sound -superior speed and storage space negatives -pencil has unless battery even surface pen lasts up to a year - hybrid has more ports -keyboard isn't separate expensive add on -pen doesn't need charging (neither in a stupid way) -deidcated pen holder -runs PC not mobile platform I'd say it's a pretty good battle between the two 😂
The real equvalent for that old amazing Acer machine today is the Surface tablet. I had the first version the Surface PRO and before that machine i had a Dell Latitud both machines with full Windows 8 inside. And then you realize that a Tablet with FULL windows (NOT Windows RT) is such an amizing productive TOOL and honestly Ipdas in the other side.... are TOYS for people that try to buy category buying overrated products. LOL
why not buy a thin laptop instead of a tablet to which you will anyway attach a keyboard. I really want to know. I should make this decision myself soon. Thanks
comedyman112 I have spectre x360 which is a thin laptop and since I almost always need a keyboard, I want to have a real keyboard. Keyboard adds weight so if you want to give it to your kids or if you want to use it for reading like a book every gram of weight matters, so in that case I would get a tablet with a detachable keyboard.
Tech Guy Thanks. But I wonder how the comparison could be as fair as possible. Older tablets won't support TabletPC API that well it seems, while WinTab API might restrict the performance of a newer tablet. And I don't think it's easy to compare the latency as you are not drawing directly on the monitor. The only suggest I can make is, maybe try using several software with different age (for example, different versions of Photoshop) to compare?
野龍 I have figured out the way to test it... not very scientific but pretty accurate. I will try to do the tests over the weekend. The performance will be up to Wacom driver, and I will use few drawing programs that I already have just so I can rule out the program issues.
Tech Guy Still don't know if the difference between APIs is that obvious though... But, thanks for putting the effort into making the video. Looking forward to that.
野龍 The API is just a easy way for program code to talk to the hardware via its driver. I believe most drawing software will use Wacom's SDK if there is a wacom tablet connected, and fall back to whatever system offers if it is not available. We will see...
if to compare this way, your travelmate c100 is not even close compared to a piece of paper... that is 100% no battery required... and the pencil is more than just pressure sensitive...
Sure there is, but there is a small part of the workflow you can to on it, but it hard to complete anything in iPad without going 50 times between real computer and ipad. You use it for 20 minutes and then you probably need a feature that only photoshop has, and then you send the file to yourself to do that thing in photoshop, and once you do it, you say... ah, screw it, I will finish it here, because there is no way to do a seamless workflow between ipad and anything else.
Simple solution now days would be to buy a windows 10 tablet then at least you can type with your fingers. The old acer still had more upgradability where as you can only add SD cards to "upgrade" modern windows tablets
If you get a fast 128GB micro SD card that is often fast enough. I have another 8" tablet that has regular size USB port so I carry external 2.5inch HDD when I travel with it. Plus, I have my own cloud storage so that is also mounted as a drive on my tablets. That is a lot of upgradability. ;)
Anon do you think something like a Pixel C (Android) would still hold up? With root you can run a full Linux distro inside of Android with a VNC server.
Very nice comparison. I remember lenovo or some other do similar laptop tablet computers not that many years ago. Those also had support for wacom pens.
I mostly worked as 3D modeler/sculptor and visualization artist; but I work in all mediums of digital arts. Working with Windows tablets lets me do everything I need without switching operating systems or devices
That sounds completely right! Apple is more of a consumer friendly, occam's razor, minimalist-take object oriented device from what I think sounds about a good description? Ha! Why, if I may ask, don't you post 3d visualizations with after effects, good music, to use youtube as a source of revenue and fun?
Apple devices are definitely easier to use and less intimidating to a beginner, but at one point I just want to get things done and not spend hours trying to find alternative to software that already exists on PC, even if it is more complicated. I am not sure if I understand the question, but trying to answer: I am not a fan of working on video as a medium, so I am not enjoying any video editing (I did it in the late 90s). Anything that I start doing for money soon becomes a job I look through money only, and I loose interest. I believe many can identify with that.
honestly they were aiming in the right direction with the Acer,i mean it's running a full windows os,with today's hardware it would be amazing, while apples iPad is just a mobile phone OS on a bigger screen, apples software is baby software.
yea the 2002 acer has lots of ports but tech is all about intergration and meeting the needs bro. How long can the acer last with battery and why do I need to connect my tablet to a modem?
That tabletPC could run 5.5h with that battery, that battery is obviously dead after 14 years but replaceable with just press and pull-out, so you could get second 5.5h battery for $40 for traveling. Why do you need a modem... well, several years ago I had a small home office and this one was used for sending and receiving faxes, and as you may know if you are dealing with administration in any country, you still need fax for communication of the documents and most do not accept documents sent as emails. I could prepare a document, use the pen on the tablet to sign it with hand, and send it. It would answer my phone as fax after several rings, so I would get all the return faxes while I was not at home office. Also, being connected to a phone line I used it also as an answering machine when I did not need fax functionality, and also as automated calling machine. Isn't that all convenience that we do not have today with "modern" technology. We just have features removed for the sake of having thinner devices.
the acer is not a tablet, it's a windows convertible. If you're looking for a replacement for your acer with the fancy pen and all, you should try the surface pro or a lenovo yoga, they all run windows just like your machine. Though the ipad sure is lacking the professional software around it. But give it some time and the thing should work well. And it has limited storage because it's not a harddrive inside, it's solid state flash storage, it costs more to have 256GB flash than 250GB hard disk, but flash is faster and can withstand mechanical shock.
Yeh and if you compared that ancient tablet to something like Oh I don't know a Surface Pro 4? It would be like a 1998 Honda Civic racing a Formula 1 race car in the GP championships.
Grimm Reaper Gaming im buying a micro usb hub that i found on amazon to be able to use my keyboard along with my mouse (because my single port otg cable broke last week)
the only problem is you ipad pro last for probably for 2-3 years while the old thick acer tablet pc last forever, it's because people in the past cant make their pc faster so they make it to last. how i miss the old days
In someway it is better than iPad Pro, but well as you described, that is a Tablet PC, a laptop, a 2-in-1, a Convertible, and iPad Pro is always described as a "Tablet". Didn't see the point to compare these two. If you really want to do a comparison, do that garbage Tablet PC vs SurfaceBook or Surface Pro, that's the same kind thing you are looking for.
Apple said that is was a "tablet that can replace your laptop" so they want to be considered the same category. I do not have the surface, so once I get one I will do the comparison. No special "point" for the video, I am not trying to sell you that acer ;) I just borrowed ipad pro from someone to see if it is any good for drawing (it was OK, but $35 stylus from dell was better)
no idea but you might be abled to make your own games with one for your phone and make millions or create the next big dating site or write a book about something cool
So many haters here :/ it's not a fair comparison because iPad was made more for artists. Compare it to a Cintiq Companion 2. Also the iPad CAN run desktop apps through AstroPad.
It is called "TabletPC" since 2002. Also, it does not have a "touchscreen" but "Penabled" screen, which means it does not do touch but is Pen-Enabled (Wacom Technology) ;)
this proves that newer isn't always better
derek frost true but there is many other reasons btw nice profile picture
especially when done by apple
this video proof pretty much nothing.....if you want something to work on get a surface. If you want to watch movie and play game get an iPad. Two completely different device for two different purpose. The comparison in the video is bias and isn't really a true reflection of the technological advancement of tablet over the past 14 years. The old PC technology makes the iPad look like shit.
This video just made me so sad. "The Asus tablet in 2002 does more than the Ipad in 2016"...
...
...
mb
meanwhile apple:
we realized that less is more and brought to you the ipad from the future
That awkward moment when a Tablet from 2002 with Windows XP still has more functionality than an iPad Pro from 2015.
It's not the same OS dumbfuck
Yeah...
Windows XP from 2002 is still better than iOS from 2016.
Whoops.
King Rat Windows xp...
UGH... he shouldnt be comparing it to the ipad he should be comparying it to something like a surface pro which actually rusn a desktop operating system.
you dont get it, its not an older tablet, its a PC with tablet funccions like the touchscreen, if you could somehouw put OSX on the ipad then it would be a fair comparison,
I'd say surface pro is the true successor to the travelmate.
and iPads aren't expensive?
*****

YES thank you, someone who understands that this isnt an equal comparison.
DreamWarriorFish The iPad PRO with Apple Pencil costs like 1400 dollars.
***** For the top version, with 256gb of storage, and the keyboard.
I bet, the IPad will not run in 14 years.
I bet it wont even boot.
Funny thing, my first generation iPad still runs perfectly after 8 years of regular use, the first four of them in heavy usage.
Hi
I'm from the future
dude, the Microsoft Surface tablets are the way to go now. fuck ipad, when i could have a full fledged pc with me.
surface is the way to go because it can quad boot windows, android and mac os x and linux
BattleExtremeNL couldnt agree more I did it as well cos I sometimes need final cut pro, need to program with linux, sometimes play with android, and do heavy lifting on windows while still keeping it simple and portable on the go only requiring 1 device. BattleExtremeNL OSX would be useless because no touchscreen support
i love how you make the laptop seem better lol
shit even the macbook pro doesnt have usb porst or touchscreen....hahaha
3:20 mission failed
László Bocskor rip
lol :D
We'll get em' next time.
Proof the old tablet was better
We got hammered down there
It was funny how when he was about to test the pens, the iPad pro one ran out of battery. Why didn't they just make it like the old Acer stylus?
Or the actual Samsung Note's pen :\
Emir Tulumcu because the Apple Pencil has high range pressure sensitivity, it's actually very responsive and useful for art and design, unfortunately it doesn't have the applications to support it's capabilities, if this thing could run OS X it would be an amazing product

Emir Tulumcu I agree. That is why several artists I know switched to a Surface Pro 4 and gave the iPad Pro to their kids
man makes me want the laptop more than the ipad it would be awesome if you could run a dumbed down version of PS on an ipad pro or a galaxy note!

Tabpro s has stock win 10 (full)

yeah, comparing the acer to a surface pro would be a more fair comparison.
or using an old android device or ipad instead of the acer.
How interesting that a old tabletpc from 2002 compete a new 2016 ipad pro.
Honestly this video really shows how pointless it is to have a tablet with phone OS, it would make much more sense for tablets to run desktop OPs. I have 8 inch tablet and prefer the desktop version of windows over the mobile one, why would a 13 inch ipad run ios instead of OS X?
It's not relevant at all, of course the tabletPC compete the iPad, it runs a FUCKING WINDOWS.
Let's compare a Windows device with a macOS device, the conclusion will be way more different
that old tablet is just like the galaxy note pro s. even the pens look like each other.
they are Wacom pens.
this video makes me feel like we are living in an age of technological involution xd
"go be a farmer or something"
lol, it's kinda scary how little it has grown in some areas
I'm really enjoying your videos, look forward to seeing more!
The Apple Pencil being uncharged right when you needed it was hilarious.
Moore's law isn't applicable to HDDs like in the Acer since that law is about transistors. (It is however applicable to SSDs)

lightningstrike 46
No need to make it any thicker, NVMe SSDs can be tiny.
Yeah M.2 drives are now in the 1TB range. Shame apple would charge like 10 grand for a terabyte.
Not sure, but I think this is supposed to be funny ...
nope Ipad just sucks
nope Ipad just sucks
yes, it's funny. we are laughing at the ipad
can you compare that old tablet to the new note book with windows 10 on it?
If you wanna compare a TabletPC with other new tablet, compare it with Surface Pro 4
That acer tablet is so cool! A wacam digitizer???? That hinge! This is the first surface.
Yeah, I wish I could have one of these things too. I wish Microsoft went back to this idea instead of windows mobile, having a full desktop-capable tablet is much better \.o./
1:30 was that so hard to see.....
411talha ikr! I was sitting there like, COME ON DUDE
411talha i hope that was sarcasm
One thing that I hate with new products is that everything is trying to be thin. I believe that if we just stayed with a normal form factor but added more things in it such as more battery then newer would be a lot better
how much did that beast cost back in the days, it looks so ahead of it's time?
About 1700 Euros
when your math teacher on the old computer/laptop
the one on the right is better because you can run PC OS's on it so where do you get one
Benjy Linux lol it's from 2002.. What programs do you think you could run on it? It barely runs Windows XP.
well it only matters to me if it can run photoshop or visual basic
the problem is, that photoshop cc only runs on windows 7, 8 and 10 ;)
he said it can run
Benjy Linux no he said cs1 works, the first version of Photoshop
Gru? is that you???
James Factora Best comment.
all the poor isheep giving your video dislikes.. its too bad.
good video man
PC master race...?
Yes
I'm actually tempted to get one of these old tablet PCs. I use a 2 in 1 as my daily driver so it would be interesting to see where it all started.
"Adobe hasn't done much for the photoshop in the last 10 years." Have you been living under a fucking rock or something dude? lmao
StonedSqueaker obvious your picture is photoshop (please tell me it is, it scares me)
I love these sort of videos, vielen dank.
Any plans to try out the Surface Pro 4? Or maybe you have one? Would like to hear your thoughts on it. Such an outstanding device.

Why the hell would you compare an iPad with a Windows tablet for a video on how far tables have come? iPads are restricted as hell...
both are touchscreen and "portable"
Literally comparing Apples to oranges. Old oranges.
Stale oranges :)
people still prefer the oranges because farmers raised the price of apples by 400%
rotten apples
those are rotton

pros of iPad
-great screen
-thin
-apps
-great sound
-superior speed and storage space
negatives
-pencil has unless battery even surface pen lasts up to a year
- hybrid has more ports
-keyboard isn't separate expensive add on
-pen doesn't need charging (neither in a stupid way)
-deidcated pen holder
-runs PC not mobile platform
I'd say it's a pretty good battle between the two 😂
compare that old classic tablet from 14 years ago with a surface pro 4 or surface pro 3, it is more fair!!!

Surface tablets are great - it is a content production device, and not just a content consumption device as an iPad.
why not buy a thin laptop instead of a tablet to which you will anyway attach a keyboard.
Tech Guy yeah imo, a laptop should be a personal, business thing. i'd buy a cheap tablet for the kids
How about a super old model of Wacom vs the newest gen of Wacom Inturo Pro?
Good idea. I am on it
Tech Guy Thanks.
Yes, but there is no Undo on paper!
+Tech Guy Haha. Good one.
Tech Guy theres a eraser on a normal pencil.
theres millions of apps for ipad so... idk if you have any idea how use full some apps are if you look
Sure there is, but there is a small part of the workflow you can to on it, but it hard to complete anything in iPad without going 50 times between real computer and ipad. You use it for 20 minutes and then you probably need a feature that only photoshop has, and then you send the file to yourself to do that thing in photoshop, and once you do it, you say... ah, screw it, I will finish it here, because there is no way to do a seamless workflow between ipad and anything else.
hmm. well i never use an i pad but when i photo edit on a android i use more than one program and they all get me where i want to be.
This is literally a touch screen computer vs a tablet
Nice tablet, oh and the iPad is meh.
1:14 I want that tabtop
Dude lol, just get a Surface Pro
I love old computers
I think it is not fair. If you would install Windows on a recent tablet, it would be as useful as that.
Still better than crapple
Simple solution now days would be to buy a windows 10 tablet then at least you can type with your fingers. The old acer still had more upgradability where as you can only add SD cards to "upgrade" modern windows tablets
If you get a fast 128GB micro SD card that is often fast enough. I have another 8" tablet that has regular size USB port so I carry external 2.5inch HDD when I travel with it. Plus, I have my own cloud storage so that is also mounted as a drive on my tablets. That is a lot of upgradability. ;)
Gonna buy something like your acer for my birthday(for 50$))))
why the dislikes ;_;
Say all you want but it's a good product, just overpriced.
+Jennifer Bannink It is shit compared to surface pro
Anon do you think something like a Pixel C (Android) would still hold up? With root you can run a full Linux distro inside of Android with a VNC server.
All of them butthurt apple fans
Jennifer Bannink overpriced tablet equivalent to 200 dollar tablet
You should have compared it to a surface pro 4 or book not an ipad pro which is lame xD
Very nice comparison. I remember lenovo or some other do similar laptop tablet computers not that many years ago. Those also had support for wacom pens.
@tech guy are you in animation?
I completely understand!
honestly they were aiming in the right direction with the Acer,i mean it's running a full windows os,with today's hardware it would be amazing, while apples iPad is just a mobile phone OS on a bigger screen, apples software is baby software.
Alex M ... There have been always tablets with windows, u can have a tablet 12" 2k 64gb less than 300€.
Since IOS 10 came out on the iPad Pro they have improved reaction time for the Apple Pen
tablet's from the early 2000s actually offered more then the iPad pro
windows 2000 tablet? awesome! better than ipad
Mii Maker Windows Xp acually
Cloudswi Windows XP is better
wow Windows XP tablet? AWESOME!
Mii Maker I really want one what Android emulators support XP?
Tommy Whitaker You can't get virtual desktops on a mobile is as they all run the ARM processor series
yea the 2002 acer has lots of ports but tech is all about intergration and meeting the needs bro.
Luke Lu you connect with W-Lan
Microsoft thought they were slick with their two in one tablet/laptops
pressure sensitivity? you mean 3d touch??!?!
Wow that this a tablet laptop for windows 10 and windows 8.1 or more?
the acer is not a tablet, it's a windows convertible.
The iPad Pro has an apple-pen
I prefer pineapple pens
Leurak zi perfer Pen pineapple apple pens
why can't we have the pen pineapple apple pens?
Yeh and if you compared that ancient tablet to something like Oh I don't know a Surface Pro 4? It would be like a 1998 Honda Civic racing a Formula 1 race car in the GP championships.
No way to upgrade the RAM capacity on the Acer?
It supports up to 1GB of RAM, but it would set me back $33 :) www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Acer/travelmate-c110-series
what kinda storage does it support? 2.5" ?if so then put an SSD
ed tyler PATA unfortunately. SATA was created in 2003
Tech Guy but i think pata support 110 MB/s read and 70 write. i guess that's cool for xp
ed tyler Yes, ATA-6, so 100MB/s, but it was OK, not too much behind desktops of that time.
you should invest in android tablets if you want a tablet with a keyboard
Grimm Reaper Gaming im buying a micro usb hub that i found on amazon to be able to use my keyboard along with my mouse (because my single port otg cable broke last week)
apple pro has keyboard but bec its made by apple its expensive like the apple new book 300$ for a book wow
you should compare Surface with This Ancient Tablet (both running on windows)
Man! It's Ugly! But Without It Ultra Books Would Be Different! Great Video!
I agree the iPad pro is ugly
I never knew that my secondhand laptop that can turn the display is a tablet.. It came without a stylus!
Wait to make this fair make test bench trie to run a game, paint on both, do something, or even try to use 3D rendering
Well done... good talk!
But the main question remains - Could those two devices run Crysis? Nop, don't think so.
Lol good one.
Tablet pc wins then for functionality, nice job
the only problem is you ipad pro last for probably for 2-3 years while the old thick acer tablet pc last forever, it's because people in the past cant make their pc faster so they make it to last. how i miss the old days
Exactly. Today companies know that you will purchase new device in 2 years so they do not bother making something that will last.
that old acer tablet probably will last you ten times longer than the iPad xD
thats an un fair fight in term of laptop os vs tablet u need a fair fight u need surface pro
You mean that thing that runs Win 10?
yes or u want a laptop that running a not full version os vs full version os
question here is...why would you compare it with apple?
he sounds like gru
Hahaha :) the Minion's Gru? I have to tell my wife that!
lol
Looks like the Acer is thicker. NO SHIT SHERLOCK. I know he was making a joke but I still wanted to comment.
In professional way, Apple Pencil is better, but the requirement of the battery is really really sucks.
I like the original windows tablet
but can it run crisis lol
crysis*
Eddiee -_- alright homie, my bad, i spelled it wrong cus i cant run crisis lol
+SDRIFTER Abdlmounaim maybe 😒
no idea but you might be abled to make your own games with one for your phone and make millions or create the next big dating site or write a book about something cool
"adobe hasnt done much in the last 14 years"..... what
Is this the 9.7 inch iPad or the 12.9 ?
I would definitely choose the tablet pc (even if its slow)
dude, compare windows with Windows.
Wow so we have actually moved backwards, batteries for a stylus wtf.
lol apple wants money
They`ve got the need for greed.
ipad is still 30 years behind
So many haters here :/ it's not a fair comparison because iPad was made more for artists. Compare it to a Cintiq Companion 2. Also the iPad CAN run desktop apps through AstroPad.
that moment when the new ipad pro looses against a 14 year old PC because of its software XD
Thats not a tablet dude! Its a touch screen laptop
It is called "TabletPC" since 2002. Also, it does not have a "touchscreen" but "Penabled" screen, which means it does not do touch but is Pen-Enabled (Wacom Technology) ;)
you know chrome has support for xp BUT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MORE UPDATES
Lets start of with which one is thicker.. **** me man
