Super helpful and informative thank you. I move there for work once I graduate. My main issue is I won't be able to look until peak summer time. I'm from Texas. Hopefully it won't be crazy competitive. Can't wait to see your full apartment done.

As for the washer and dryer, look into buying one. Portable type that you can hook up to your kitchen sink when you are using it, if you have the space for one.
