Ustinov is obviously not world-class, but he does have decent size and power. A good practice test for Pulev, who is the only man to have beaten him thus far. But not even that could have prepared Pulev for Klitschko. Let's bear in mind Pulev would probably beat (or at least go toe-to-toe with) just about any other heavyweight in the world today. And Klitschko just creamed him! There is simply no way any contender today should be favored over the reigning champion. Only Father Time is going to stop Wladimir Klitschko at this point.

Deontay's management should of been bending over backwards trying to get him the fight against Fury, because he desperately needs the experience against guys like Fury in order to beat Wladimir. Ustinov is terrible, he wins by size advantage........but is soo slow, any half decent boxer should be too fast for him..........an aging unfit Tua makes this an unappealing fight, as neither boxer is good enough to be contender, let alone get a shot at the title.
Ustinov doesn't know how to throw a jab. He's just a big strong pug. Pulev looks no better than he did against Walker. He is agressive, can take a punch and packs a good wallop in that wild over-hand right, but he's too one dimensional. If Adamek had anything left, I'd pick him to stop Pulev on cuts.

I watched the documentary of Pulev and I have to say, he is a nice guy who achieved a lot already, he seems to be very determined. I wish him the best, but at the same time I'm a big Tomas Adamek fan. Folks that think Adamek has no chance are very confused...These two fights with (Dimitrenko and Ustinov) are with fighter that don't have much skill and heart, especially Ustinov, you can see the way he fights. Adamek is a total different animal, he has skill and heart and will never surrender.
When I was 18 and weighed 120 lb I used to easliy beat guys who weighed 260 lb. I just watched to 1:16 and I can see myself punching holes in these very average fighters.
Ustinov seemed to quit at the end. He was not stunned but just had been taking a lot of head punches. His face was red and his eyes were puffy.
I cant see how Tua can get in close with this fella. I reckon David will have to make him go 12 rounds and wear Ustinov out...
