Ipswich, black player, Johnny Miller,....never remember him, 1968 to 1974, then moved to Norwich. With his big sideburns, reminded me of Ray Dorset, singer of Mungo Jerry.
played for ipswich then norwich after those two played for mansfield for years ended carear with port vale died 2016 ended up driving a taxi how times have changed now days 4 years in the top flight NOW you are made for life if you are careful he had a haircut like the guy from shaft the 1970s film
I WAS THERE UP AT FRATTON END AND AS A MAN UTD FAN I THOUGHT GEE, HOW GREAT IT WOULD BE TO HAVE HIM AT OLD TRAFFORD. A FEW MONTHS LATER STUART 'PANCHO' PEARSON SIGNED FOR UNITED.
Charlton's goal wouldn't happen in the modern game, 15 playesr would be rolling on the floor as someone was within 20 foot of them in the lead up to the ball going in the net.
Some great footballers in that Leeds United team, but also some very dirty ones, with a legacy forever tainted by proven allegations of bribery and attempted match-fixing by Don Revie and his side-kick, Billy Bremner.
Brilliant skills from big Jack

Des joueurs de cette équipe d'Ipswish jouaient ils dans l'extraordinaire équipe de 80-81 (j'ai crû reconnaitre Mills) ?

Your commentating on the wrong match Graeme
Dave Best on goal . I used to work with him . Miserable git . Used to play against his son who also played in goal , he wasnt very good either.

You mean unproven allegations.
@@TimWhelan74 Exactly 👌🏻
Never proven by anyone in a court of law because it didn't happen.
