Windows 11 - Something happened we couldn't install a feature - Remove 0x800F0950 Message

This looks like it's now been resolved in the newer versions of Windows 11 (for me build 22000~), but for those on lower versions, this fix will remove this. Consider upgrading to a newer build or just wait for the preview/final release, very soon.

Run Command Prompt as Administrator. Right click -> Run as Administrator
