It's a silicon bar matt these are 2 of them. I got it from a local shop, but you can look it up online for sure.

Do you always start the timer when the First drops of coffee touch the cup? I always started the timer on my mara as soon as I move the handle.
Yes I do because I donlong pre infusion. And the taste is always good with me this way.
