An Introduction to the SPSS Workspace - SPSS for Beginners (2-4)

- In this introduction to using SPSS I will show you around the SPSS workspace. If you are familiar with Microsoft Excel, you will notice some similarities with Excel. You will learn how to open a new dataset in SPSS, create new variables, enter data, and save the dataset. These will be important skills for every SPSS session you do. These skills are foundational to using the IBM SPSS Statistics software.
This video teaches the following commands and techniques:
Open SPSS
SPSS Data view
SPSS Variable view
Variable types in SPSS

There are no free copies of SPSS and I would not trust the downloads of anyone who claims to be giving them away. Your best bet is to get the lower-priced student versions that are available from online retailers.
The Dataset folder on google drive is empty. Otherwise, thanks for the good tutorials

You would probably need to download SPSS from a website like OnThe Hub (just google "SPSS for education" to find one). They would have a version that matches your system requirement. Good luck!

I checked it on my university computer with super-fast Internet and it works well. This video uses green screen and I suspect that the upload size was really big. It might load slowly because of that. Still, thanks for watching.
