Mrinal... in Bangalore the easily available mutton is of sheep,not of goat....Sheep meat tastes different than the regular mutton that we eat in Kerala...So I think that’s the reason you felt the difference
എന്റെ റൂൾ ആണ് : വെയിറ്റ് ചെയ്യിച്ച് കളയുന്ന പരിപാടി ഇല്ല. അപ്പുറത്തെ ബേക്കറിയിൽ നിന്ന് ഒരു വേജ് പഫ്‌സ് കഴിച്ചു വിശപ്പടക്കും എന്നാലും 5 മിനിറ്റിൽ കൂടുതൽ കാത്ത് നിന്ന് (സീറ്റ് കിട്ടാതെ) കഴിക്കേണ്ട ആവിശ്യം ഇല്ല. എത്ര രുചി ആണെങ്കിലും.
I felt shivaji is bit hyped place. There are tonnes of small military hotel out there. One I can recommend is raggi mude and mutton / chicken from gowdru hotel near devanahalli airport side. And if you want fried chicken order kshatriya kabab or kebab, it's the fired chicken
അപ്പുറത്തെ ഹോട്ടലിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ട് ഇപ്പുറത്തെ ഹോട്ടലിൽ വിൽക്കുന്നത് ആയിരിക്കും,
രണ്ടും ഒരാളുടേത് തന്നെ ആയിരിക്കും
2 പ്രാവശ്യം മട്ടൻ ബിരിയാണി കഴിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി പോയി ക്യു നിന്നു സീറ്റ് പിടിച്ചു.. പക്ഷെ മട്ടൻ കിട്ടിയില്ല, ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണി കൊണ്ടു അഡ്ജസ്റ് ചെയ്തു..അതു നല്ലതായിരുന്നു...😊

Jayanagar basavangudi area il ullavar Nammuru Dhonne biryani shop try cheyyu in basavangudi. Small Shop aanu but I felt the best Dhonne biryani compare other Dhonne hotel which I tried. And one green colour chicken curry Indu. I forgot the name. But perfect combo Aanu. And price is half compare military hotel
The best donne biriyani in Bangalore is this small outlet in Sahakar Nagar, Cubbonpete Donne Biriyani. The kushka they serve is super tasty and mutton quality is superb. Even the boiled egg they serve is delicious. On Sundays only they serve mutton soup. I will definitely recommend you to try this spot. Its been over 2 years since I've been to Bangalore, but I still hope the shop is open.

Even I felt the same at shivaji military hotel...70% crowd was sitting idle...even after getting a seat you have to wait for the food for like 10-15 mins,though none of the items are custom made ...on top of that the food is also over rated I didnt find anything special a pretty ordinary Donne biriyani

There is a "Donne Biriyani" outlet @ OMR road chennai which opens at 4am, we used to have biriyani from there.. You can definitely try there when u have a chance... The texture is same as seen in the video... Mutton is famous there too.. Chicken biriyani is also good

These hotels were basically there for serving non-veg items to warriors back then. Ee warriors nte householdil non-veg cook cheyarila as they were mostly from non-meat eating communities..

This hotel offers the worst dining experience. Imagine people staring at your plates and breathing down ur neck as u try to have ur lunch. And the food is not even that great too.
