Could you please tell me if the knob turns endlessly or has an upper and lower limit? I hope you know what I mean, I'd like to try using one of these for autopilot controls in flight simulator.
It is continuous - there are no upper and lower limits. But, please note that my knob stopped turning and became useless. Not sure why, but it is a caution. I ended up upgrading to this: geni.us/CTXMaker-12E3 and each of the knobs are continuous

My question is, does that macro pad support software like VIA for macro recorder? I think VIA has more options like horizontal scroll wheel compare to mini keyboard
No it doesn't - in fact, the software is really hard to get so I wouldn't recommend it. I'm using on of these www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804476382218.html and I really like it but there are better macropads. I just like that I could change the switches and keycaps.
I bought a 6key product and I can't assign a key to Knobe's 'ccw1'. 'ccw' fails to store another key. Only the basic functionality of the volume down will continue to be maintained. Is it a defective product?
I saw as youtube short of the product where the guy claimed the software you download is a virus for the macropad. You didn't have any issues right? I already ordered it from your last video and wanted to make sure before I plugged it in.
I saw that too. double scanned it and didn't have an issue. good thing is that you can run it once, program the keyboard and then remove the program right away since the settings store on the macropad.
Hi. Have you ever ordered a mini microphone from temu. I volunteer with several non profits and take. minutes. I have a small micro recorder but need a small microphone any temu suggestions

Good video man, i have this version and it works fine but the 12 key 2 knob is the glichy one, and the software i downloaded on mac and use on my old laptop, since i program lot of them weekly basis, i cant delete the app but some say software has virus, I haven’t noticed anything sketchy on that laptop
having tried the links that you gave me when I try to log on to both sites I can get a download option but I am unable to download the sites it says insecure, I am using a Mac could you send me the link obviously you didn't have the same problem getting on the site . Thanks for any advice
But, if you have another PC that you could use to run the program and set the key bindings, it should store the key bindings and work when you plug it into a Mac....just a thought.

Try changing the cable. I swapped the original USB C cable with a different one and it somehow got detected better

Not that I have seen but if they do, i would expect them to be more expensive.
Does the macro pad have some input lag? Between you pushing the key and we seeing it register it took a while, just curious
That's from the system to the software, so it's the software. There is no lag from the key press and the system doing what the key is set to do.
Have it linux support?
I don't think so - the software only seems to work on Windows but I have never checked for Linux

I just use those USB numeric blocks, have five of them and just remapped their keycides to send extra function keys
