HIGHFALUTIN'! I'm calling for a rematch and I want my recipe in there. It will kick these pretenders' butts!! RJ's Keto No Bakes In a no-stick pot; add the following: 2 cups of powdered Swerve confectioner sugar replacement 1/2 cup of Hershey's 100% cacao cocoa powder 1/2 cup of Silk dairy free heavy whipping cream 1 stick (8 tablespoons) of salted butter 1 tbsp of Pure Vanilla Extract In two separate bowls on the side, to have at the ready, measure out: 2 cups of Teddie All Natural Peanut Butter (You can use smooth, but if you're awesome like me, you go Super Chunky) 3 cups of sliced almonds Turn the stove on medium-high, stirring frequently, melt and combine the ingredients in the no-stick pot until they being to simmer. Once the entire mixture is simmering, stop stirring and let it simmer for 1 minute exactly. After one minute, remove from heat and immediately add the peanut butter and stir until the peanut butter is mostly melted Once the peanut butter is mostly melted and incorporated (if you have some streaks of peanut butter, it's all good. I don't mind hitting a pocket of PB, it tastes good) add the sliced almonds (I get them presliced from Wally World) and stir until the almonds are all incorporated. Scoop out on to wax or parchment paper. Place another piece of wax or parchment paper over top and leave on the counter to setup, roughly 30 minutes. Although, they are pretty bomb even when they're hot and gooey. I'm telling you... these are actually better than the normal no bakes. The sliced almonds soften and get that oatmeal texture while they're cooling and setting up on the counter. If you put them in the refrigerator then the almonds will be harder and the texture will be a little off. The recipe makes 20 No bakes - 310 Calories, 28g of Fat, 5g of Net Carbs, 10g of Protein per No bake!! I don't have a website or anything that needs traffic so if you do a rematch, please use my full recipe on the show.

Here in the mountains of VA we call these Preacher Cookies. My momma said they were called that because if the preacher dropped by and you didn't have anything sweet to serve with coffee you could whip these up fast.
Do you taste the coconut very much? I am not crazy about coconut either taste or texture so wonder if I will eat them. I did love oatmeal based no bake cookies and always added mini chocolate chips. Everything is better with chocolate chips. lol
I’ve made these twice since I saw this video. I liked the Keto Connect recipe except they weren’t quite sweet enough for me (even though I love dark chocolate). The second time a chopped the pecans smaller, added 1/2 Tblsp more of erythritol, and added 1/4 cup Lily's salted carmel choc chips. Okay, the second batch was amazing. This will be my regular recipe for these. Thx
Highfalutin' Low Carb Exactly. It might not work if you are strict on macros, but I’ve just started this journey and right now it's about low carb for me.
If you want to put the extra work in, toasting the coconut makes the no bakes even better! I’ve also used cocoa butter instead of regular butter before. It definitely strays more from the traditional no bake flavor, but they are delicious in their own way. Thanks Wes for all of the awesome videos over the years!
Hi...I made the Keto Connect version and they turned out great! You mentioned you had a messy butter explosion in your new microwave, I had this happen to me many times and I looked for some options. I was a nurse and patient's meals arrived with a warmer hat on top of each plate. They are BPA free so I purchased some. Now there are no messy clean-ups! I just throw the warmer hat in the dishwasher. They fit on everything from mixing bowls to large and small dinner plates and soup bowls. There is a cheaper version you can purchase at the Dollar Store, however, I don't know if they are BPA free. Congratulations on your new kitchen, it is lovely! - Audi
I can't wait to try these cookies. When I was growing up Grandma called them preacher cookies. She used to say it was because in the old days they could throw them together real quick when the preacher was coming up the road and by the time everyone sat down with coffee, iced tea or whatever drink you were serving the cookies were ready to serve also.
Love your new kitchen! Black cabinets! Gorgeous! We called them New Market Cookies because we first had them at school at New Market Elementary School in Randolph County, NC. We had great lunchroom ladies back in the day. I'm talking early 1960s. Enjoy your new digs!
I've ketofied these using almond butter, butter, and erythritol that I cook on the stovetop before adding my cocoa powder, coconut, hemp hearts, and vanilla. I've never liked them with peanut butter. We called them donkey drops as kids..... 😂
My non keto recipe is also a stove top recipe. Do you feel that cooking them on the stove makes them more stable or do you still need to refrigerate them?
Wes, when you combine them to make hybrid add a tsp of vanilla collagen. Will make the whole flavor pop. Thanks for Thrive as well, as Keto, and other sponsors. This is helping us all stay honest on the journey of eating better. Great job as always.
While I’m a Northerner (🇨🇦) I love the Southern terms and when I learned the correct way to say pecan was “pah-caan” I also learned that the “pee-can” was under Grandad’s bed! Love’ya and keep up the great content!
Michigan here, we (my family anyway) always pronounced them pee-caan, so I guess that’s a blend of the two pronunciations. It’s funny to grow up thinking something is only one way, and eons later find out there are 3 ways!
You crack me up Wes 🤣 . . . deeeep breath „We‘re gonna be fine“ after tellin your butter explosion story. I think we’ve all had to christen our microwave ovens at some point 🤓
I had 2 different Pyrex containers explode after cooking something while resting in the microwave its a good thing it was in there!Twice in 1 yr yet never happened in 35 yrs of baking w them. Odd.
You do a great job with these shows! Wes do you think if you toasted the coconut prior to adding chocolate and peanut butter mix, it would be crunchy? I like the pecans, they are the most delicious nut! EXcept, that is, for you! You are a most delicious nut too! And I ain't just a whistling Dixie!
@Sea Rose If you were to try using the coconut chips instead of shredded, I think you'll get the crunch you're wanting. Use the KetoConnect recipe but cut the cocoa down to one tablespoon. More like what mom used to make. ♥
Hey Wes, good to have you back and glad you are settled in your new place. I enjoyed this battle and I AGREE WITH YOU completely about doing a mashup of the two recipes for the best possible no-bake cookie. Thank you for your content, I always love it!
Very delicious! I love the Keto Connect ones but omit the pecans. Then I flatten them with the bottom of a big glass and then cut them into quarters with a pizza cutter so that I can just eat them as little snacks instead of the whole ones. Keep them in aziplock in the freezer! Yummmo. Love your new kitchen!
Wes you are amazing and I love your videos. You are one of the very few RUclipsrs that I can watch their entire video. Your personality is so comforting. Congrats on the new place and thanks for sharing more recipes with us
I modified the soccer mom recipe and really like it. To the recipe: Chose macadamia nut butter Add I scoop chocolate truffle flavored protein powder by Syntrax Doubled the sweetener Love these. My childhood recipe didn’t have nut butter, but these are good. I called them “black cookies” since I was 3 years old. I’m 67 now. My original recipe required the butter and some milk boiled with sugar to softball stage like a candy.
Love your video's! Been binge watching your video's for about a month. This is the first one that you mentioned mentioned being a disabled vet. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your service. I'm a Navy Brat, and not enough active duty time to consider myself an an Air Force vet. We say puh-con in Louisiana. And being from a military family I have heard many times people being corrected when saying pee-can...that's a latrine...we don't eat those. 😂 Carry on! ❤️🇺🇲
I think the first one is perfect if you just scale back on the cocoa powder. Toast the coconut and nuts (or even seeds) first, before adding to mixture.. perfection.
Well, I hope the move was a positive one for you. Moving is always such a hassle! I thank you for anything that does not involve heat in my non Air conditioned Kitchen!! Thanks.
Re exploding butter...always, always, always put a paper towel loosely over any container in the microwave. It will save hours of cleanup. Love your videos!
I'm with you on many of their recipes but this one really works for me with a couple of tweeks. Less cocoa for sure, always use the coconut chips, and I like to use chunky peanut butter.
I love keto connect but I like my desserts sweeter than they normally recommend. I will give it a try though with the changes you recommend. Thank you for all you do! ❤️ 🍭 🍪
Haha! Never heard them called cow pies. LOL. Where I grew up, Haystacks were fried chow mein noodles, shredded coconut, and butterscotch chips melted together and dropped.
@@HighfalutinLowCarb I called those chinese cow patties 😂😂😂😂😂 but was still chocolate and bp with chow mein..funny.. Maybe a canadian thing for cow patties?
Where are the recipes? 😉 just kidding. I’ve been watching your videos for some time now and rarely comment, it have always appreciated the way you emphasize the creators of the recipes deserve the traffic. 💕
I've been making the Keto Connect recipe for quite a while now and I love them. I've made them with walnuts and almonds and a combination and I've also added sunflower seeds just for the fun of it. It doesn't really seem to matter how the coconut is cut. I keep them in the fridge and use a napkin when I'm eating them because, as you said, they can be a little melty. I might try combining the two recipes as you suggested. Thanks for your recipe comparisons.
This is a great example of why we need you. You do all the hard work.. lol!😉 like always, this will be on my list. Love you and all you do for us trying to make it work in the low carb world? ❤️
I learned the hard way that butter makes a huge mess in the microwave. Now when I melt it, I use power 2 and cover it with a paper towel. Always happy to see a new video from you.
I am a recipient of the thrive market give-a-way membership! I am a disabled, single mom and they gave me a membership for free and it made me me so happy 💗💗 these kinds of things make a huge difference to low income people
Wes, our daughter is also a displaced southerner in IN, also moved there in August! She is a ballerina with Ft Wayne Ballet. Hope you are doing well in your new adventure life chapter. Thank you for keeping the recipes coming! Your low carb “corn bread dressing” is her favorite! Our entire family now enjoys only low carb and gluten-free dishes at our holiday meals as each of us came to needing them. You are our “go-to” for substitutes of our family honored southern recipes. Only your channel offers this!🤗❤️
Lol. You christened that microwave. When I melt butter or anything that will pop and splash like that I use auto defrost so it melts slower. I do also cover it either way. I hope you try this too and it helps. Thanks for your videos!!
Those were my favourite cookies growing up! I made my own version almost identical to the second recipe, except I melted my butter and peanut butter on the stove and added the ingredients over heat. Also I used a silicone tray and would add either a blackberry or raspberry or two before putting the cookie on top. Yum. I had to stop making them about a year ago....just too good for me to have in my home. LOL A batch a day does not help with a healthy lifestyle.
"Kiss My Grits", my favorite saying!!!! Thank you so much. These type of cookies were a staple in the house I grew up in. I made them every week and they were gone in minutes.
We called those cookies dookie wads growing up 😂🤣. Man the original ones were sooo good. I never could wait for them to completely firm up so I ate them warm.
I make no bake cookies, literally, no exaggeration, every single night, my sister takes them to work and shares them, they are her favorite sweet. I am like you, I love them best when they are just starting to firm up and still warm.
It was funny that you posted this right after I had made the first recipe! I love dark chocolate so they were perfect for me! Great job though. I may have to try them mixed recipe version. Hope your move was a good one! Thanks for the video and Thrive Market!
Wait.. what original recipe were you using as akid if it was solid due to the hydronated oils? No Bakes are Candies. They firm up because you boil the sugers involved into a soft candy state, which firms up when it cools. Thats why the recipes always give exact times on boiling and heats or temps. Which I'm not sure enough replacementsweetner is in the recipes in general to do the same or not. Or if replacemetns can actually.. i wonder if they can
My sweet carvings has almost completely disappeared after a few months on keto and the sensitivity to sweetness grew so I'm not going to try any of the cookies but it was nice to watch, thank you 🍪
Haha! I’ll never tell! No, if you kept watching you heard me mention that it was just a little left in the bowl and had I been more precise with the other 11, I’d have gotten a dozen out of the recipe. It honestly went right in the sink. 🤷🏻♂️
Hey Wes! Love the new kitchen....you just stepped up into the 21st century! Whoot whoot ...thanks for the great video, I too grew up with these no bakes, we called them blob cookies!
I used the Soccer Mom recipe. I added 3 Tablespoons of Swerve powdered sweetener, and chopped pistachios, and walnuts. They were excellent!! Thank you for your Wonderful demonstrations. God bless!
Man, I cannot WAIT to make these with toasted coconut (cause that's the only way it's good) and the mixed nut butter from Trader Joes. Hot dog! Everything looks great, sir :)
Yesss, the beautiful new kitchen (that you look a lot happier in tbh)! I'd probably just melt down some dark chocolate, add butter, some sweetener and whatever crunch I'd like to have in there. We have something called Choco Crossies which is just chocolate, almonds and cornflakes. Sub the cornflakes with unsweetened coconut flakes, et voilà.
Look yummy. Thanks. Now I have to make a hybrid of the two like you said. I would sweeten to my taste and maybe put the nuts in and less chocolate. I’ll have to make to my taste, but I must try these.
This was awesome. I just tried a blondie version using protein power, caramel Sweet Drops, coconut oil and a bit of almond butter, mixed with shredded coconut and my family loved them. I called them raw cookie dough balls.
Joined Thrive after hearing about it on this channel. Absolutely love it! I made a video about how much I saved on one random order. Savings definitely pay for the subscription price.
Hi there! I am new to your channel. I found you a couple weeks ago, and since then have been binging on your videos. I feel like you are my old friend by now 😂. I have seen all your kitchens I think 😂 Then I started thinking maybe you retired from RUclips so I am glad to see you back.
Supper, I love that you said that. Most ppl say dinner or by my kids standards “wanna get food”! We always said “Suppah”. Thanks for bringing it way back for me. 😉☺️
@@Pam_HRL I grew up in southern Indiana in the Hoosier Apex language-wise. This is closer to Appalachian in speech, so I grew up with breakfast, dinner and supper. I see no reason to change that now that I live further north. 😉

My then teen daughter at the time... about 12 years ago.. created her own low carb ‘fiddle diddle’ recipe and they were absolutely the best! She used the normal recipe but omitted oats and no peanut butter.. at that time we were still using splenda..blech.. unsweet desiccated coconut.. butter ..cream..cocoa.. salt.. boiled them and set them.. today’s version would have coconut flakes.. the large kind ..instead of oats.
I took these two recipes and adjusted them according to the recommendations Wes made at the end. Adding and adjusting....turns out they now taste just like a Nutty Buddy!!! And I figured out how to make them without melting in your hand! DELICIOUS!!! Thanks Wes!
I am wondering if using cocoa butter would help. I miss drop cookies. I saw a recipe with the puffed protein balls in it. So many ideas. Btw love your new kitchen.
Hello Wesley, I have not seen You in about over 1 year. I see that I was no longer Subscribed. I subscribed again. I am happy that You made this one. The 2 variations also. I love and miss the No Bakes from my Childhood. I look forward to trying this one with the changes that You have recommended. It is Great to see You again. I love the new apartment’s kitchen behind You. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. ✝️🙏🏽👍🏼👋🏼
I really enjoy watching your videos. You are fair, easy to listen to and don't hide your mistakes so it's good to see the human side of you. Keep up the good work
*Hey Wes!* If you want to improve on this recipe for personal use in the future, you might try using Nut Meal instead of peanut butter (adjust quantities of coconut flakes accordingly to find preferred consistency) and tallow instead of butter Won't require refrigeration, and if you refrigerate it then it's guaranteed not to melt in your hand.
The no baked cookies we made as kids didn't have peanut butter, it was cooking the sugar that made them set up. That were my favorite recipe we made as kids.
We didn't use peanut butter in ours, either, when I was growing up. My kids, of course, have grown up without PB in theirs. Both are grown now and consider PB in No Bakes to be an abomination! I raised them well. 😁😋
No bake cookies are living. When I started KETO, I would make keto coconut haystacks to replace the craving. I kept them in the freezer. Little secret, I used to add crushed hazelnuts. Can we say, “NUTELLA”. Food dreams cam true for me that day. So good!
Soccermom's cookies remind me of coconut macaroons that you quickly make with sweetened condensed milk and coconut flakes. I bet they're both delicious! 😋
Nice kitchen. Missed the "kiss my grits" picture😉. Will try the chocolate one. Don't know if anyone else has an issue, but I struggled with the volume. Had some trouble hearing you.
LOL, I'm a newer baker but even I know to cover the butter somehow, a little plate, a cover, etc... I use plastic wrap with a small hole in it. I'm surprised someone with as much experience as yourself didn't know that often there's little pockets of moisture in real butter which explode in the microwave due to superheating. Yeah, it could still explode, but the lid or plastic keeps it inside. You still have to do it over again but at least there's less mess if any.
I did exactly as you suggested, more sweetener and add the nuts...... amazing. I do hope that you have tried it . Ooh but I used almond butter instead of peanut butter as that’s what I had...you gotta try that xxx
your kitchen makeover looks beautiful..classy...sophisticated....and makes for a wonderful backdrop compliment to your humble, bewitching and oh so funny personality...love your show and recommendations...especially when you offer your hybrid suggestions.
When I was little my mom made a batch of the old fashioned no bake cookies that turned out HARD. My goofy brother called them chocolate rocks...and the name STUCK! LOL 😆 After that, we'd beg mom to make chocolate rocks!!
I’ve made them since High School Home Ec class in the ‘70s... and every once in a while I’d boil the sugar, cocoa, milk and butter part too long and sure enough, they would come out too hard. Never stopped me from eating them though, lol! The sugar of the old fashioned ones is what determined the firmness and/or hardness because it was similar to making candy.

I use one similar to Keto Connect, except I add hemp hearts and ground golden flax! So good!!
Could you share how much of each?
Vera Filipe I do a tbsp of hemp hearts and about 2 tbsp ground golden flax
I was thinking about adding hemp seeds too. I feel like they have a texture similar to quick oats.
I love hemp hearts - sounds yummy
Very delicious! I love the Keto Connect ones but omit the pecans. Then I flatten them with the bottom of a big glass and then cut them into quarters with a pizza cutter so that I can just eat them as little snacks instead of the whole ones. Keep them in aziplock in the freezer! Yummmo.
Love your new kitchen!
Melt butter on 30% Wes! The water exploded in your butter. I’m doing these this weekend.
Hi Wes!! Always super happy whenever I see you post! Thanks 😊
Wes you are amazing and I love your videos. You are one of the very few RUclipsrs that I can watch their entire video. Your personality is so comforting. Congrats on the new place and thanks for sharing more recipes with us
Thank you! ❤️🙂
Indy wow I didn't know that I am just west of Indy on the border
I modified the soccer mom recipe and really like it. To the recipe:
Chose macadamia nut butter
Add I scoop chocolate truffle flavored protein powder by Syntrax
Doubled the sweetener
Love these.
Carry on!
WES!!!!!!!! You’re back!!!!!!!! Yaaaaaay!!!!
Glad you are doing OK. I just can't handle Keto Connect. I have tried their recipes but not a fan of them
THANK GOD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE! I dont follow them, dont support them, don't get their recipes either!!!
@@mike1968442 I want to try their avocado chocolate cookies. I prefer other recipes also.
I'm with you on many of their recipes but this one really works for me with a couple of tweeks. Less cocoa for sure, always use the coconut chips, and I like to use chunky peanut butter.
Tammy, I totally agree concerning recipes from keto connect.
I miss the Flo painting 😉
Kitchen looks great. Thnx for another great video!
We called them cowboy cookies because we'd make them over the campfire during fall roundup. So glad to see a keto friendly version!
😂 we call them cow patties
I love keto connect but I like my desserts sweeter than they normally recommend. I will give it a try though with the changes you recommend. Thank you for all you do! ❤️ 🍭 🍪
Chocolate drop cookies is such a polite sounding name. Where I'm from, they are usually called "haystacks," but we casually call them "cow pies."
Haha! Never heard them called cow pies. LOL. Where I grew up, Haystacks were fried chow mein noodles, shredded coconut, and butterscotch chips melted together and dropped.
@@HighfalutinLowCarb Cool! Mine were chocolate oat ones with optional coconut
@@HighfalutinLowCarb I called those chinese cow patties 😂😂😂😂😂 but was still chocolate and bp with chow mein..funny.. Maybe a canadian thing for cow patties?
I'm going to check out the Keto Connect cookies. I LOVE dark chocolate and pecans! Thanks for the video.
Where are the recipes? 😉 just kidding. I’ve been watching your videos for some time now and rarely comment, it have always appreciated the way you emphasize the creators of the recipes deserve the traffic. 💕
Thank you! Before I kept reading I was like, well here we go... 😜😜😜
Thanks for your recipe comparisons.
haven't seen you in a while. The kitchen is awesome man!!!
This is a great example of why we need you. You do all the hard work.. lol!😉 like always, this will be on my list. Love you and all you do for us trying to make it work in the low carb world? ❤️
The two recipes I've used had you boil the peanut butter, butter and cocoa for a little bit. Loved them!
I learned the hard way that butter makes a huge mess in the microwave. Now when I melt it, I use power 2 and cover it with a paper towel. Always happy to see a new video from you.
Welcome to the circle city! Love your channel. Keto connect has some yummy recipes. 😊
Only your channel offers this!🤗❤️
Good to have you back...my go to for the feel good factor. 😘
If you ramped up Soccer Mom's recipe with more sweetner, and skip the nuts... maybe, just maybe... perfection! Love ya Wes!!!
The cookbook my mom got "no bakes" from called them icebox cookies, they are still in my top 3 as an adult. Love your content bud, you're amazing
I learned the hard way especially with kids, to ALWAYS cover everything in the microwave
It was funny that you posted this right after I had made the first recipe! I love dark chocolate so they were perfect for me! Great job though. I may have to try them mixed recipe version.
Hope your move was a good one! Thanks for the video and Thrive Market!
Those KetoConnect cookies are my favorite! They are so addicting. I usually do 12 cookies as well and keep them in the freezer.
Wait.. what original recipe were you using as akid if it was solid due to the hydronated oils?
No Bakes are Candies. They firm up because you boil the sugers involved into a soft candy state, which firms up when it cools. Thats why the recipes always give exact times on boiling and heats or temps.
Which I'm not sure enough replacementsweetner is in the recipes in general to do the same or not. Or if replacemetns can actually.. i wonder if they can
My sweet carvings has almost completely disappeared after a few months on keto and the sensitivity to sweetness grew so I'm not going to try any of the cookies but it was nice to watch, thank you 🍪
Wes, what happened to that 12th cookie that was "left in the bowl?"
Love the kitchen! Glad you mentioned it bc I was like wait, did I miss something? Watching it now, can't wait to see the results!! 😊
Thanks, Misty! XOXO
If you don’t like coconut try baking egglife wraps until crunchy, chop lightly in the blender and use those instead. Really good.
Thanks again another great video! I agree about combining elements of both recipes.
LouLou, The blondie version sounds really good! Would you mind sharing your recipe?
I’m interested for that recipe too please 😄
Looking good to me!!! So happy you are back! Thank you!
Joined Thrive after hearing about it on this channel. Absolutely love it! I made a video about how much I saved on one random order. Savings definitely pay for the subscription price.
Me too! About time to place another order.
@@celestesuter1148 Do it!
I agree with your idea on making a hybrid cookie.. can't wait! Thanks so much for sharing 💌
Hi there!
I am new to your channel. I found you a couple weeks ago, and since then have been binging on your videos. I feel like you are my old friend by now 😂. I have seen all your kitchens I think 😂
Then I started thinking maybe you retired from RUclips so I am glad to see you back.
So glad you're back Wes. I missed you.
WoW I just discovered this now I know where Y’alls been. I wanted to make doughnuts and boom there you were. Going to battle LOVE IT !!!
Very smart recipe choices for breaking in the new setup!
Indianapolis??? Man, I would love to meet you, take you to supper to thank you for what you do for all of us.
Hey Hoosier! Irvington-Indy native here, now in Bloomington.
@@BenitaStory ahhh!! Good to know and thanks for sharing. My slang is “I’m a New Englandah (Southie) Boston, Ma 😊 pahk the cah in havahd yahd 😂
Blessings to you Benita 💕
My then teen daughter at the time... about 12 years ago.. created her own low carb ‘fiddle diddle’ recipe and they were absolutely the best! She used the normal recipe but omitted oats and no peanut butter.. at that time we were still using splenda..blech.. unsweet desiccated coconut.. butter ..cream..cocoa.. salt.. boiled them and set them.. today’s version would have coconut flakes.. the large kind ..instead of oats.
The dark chocolate of Keto Connect looks perfect for us. I’ll also try it with toasted coconut. Thanks for the video.
So glad to see you!! Love this kind of recipe- THANKS!
Hello Wesley,
I have not seen You in about over 1 year.
My daughter used to make them following the original recipe but using coconut flakes as oatmeal and unsweet coconut sweetener and cream.. delicious
I really enjoy watching your videos. You are fair, easy to listen to and don't hide your mistakes so it's good to see the human side of you. Keep up the good work
These regular ones are my favorites. I'm going to have to check these out now too!
*Hey Wes!* If you want to improve on this recipe for personal use in the future, you might try using Nut Meal instead of peanut butter (adjust quantities of coconut flakes accordingly to find preferred consistency) and tallow instead of butter
Won't require refrigeration, and if you refrigerate it then it's guaranteed not to melt in your hand.
So good!
Love the kitchen needs lighter doors lol missed out while your gone no bakes are my fav can't wait to try your way 😍💜 keep up the good work love ya
Soccermom's cookies remind me of coconut macaroons that you quickly make with sweetened condensed milk and coconut flakes. I bet they're both delicious! 😋
I’m a fan , I love your honesty and I can trust if you say it’s good, it is! Keep doing what you are doing ❤️
Nice kitchen. Missed the "kiss my grits" picture😉. Will try the chocolate one. Don't know if anyone else has an issue, but I struggled with the volume. Had some trouble hearing you.
I'm so glad that pic isn't in the vid😄😝
We always called them “cow patties”
Yep!
Those look amazing!! Peanuts are fine for keto. It’s paleo that avoids them.
I wish you would do a version of your own n bake cookies ❤️
Welcome back Wes! With all that coconut and chocolate I would think it taste like almond joys. Lol
Thrive gave me a free teacher membership. Thanks for the recommendation, Wes!
When I was little my mom made a batch of the old fashioned no bake cookies that turned out HARD. My goofy brother called them chocolate rocks...and the name STUCK! LOL 😆
After that, we'd beg mom to make chocolate rocks!!
