    Hey beautiful sister thank you so much. Firstly I would like to say i went to your blog for the recipe after watching this video and came back to comment. I am African American and ALWAYS wanted to try suya. So I just placed my order for the premade spice mix on Wednesday and was jumping for excitement knowing it will be here Monday. Than here comes this very informative video showing me I already had every spice here in my pantry. Than would I seen the word "moldy" I almost died lol, I pray that will not tear my first experience up. Especially as I will be feeding to my family and I want them to be just as excited as me. But I am going to give yours a try today and I will for sure let you know my outcome. I use those spices almost everyday. And I honestly did not know it was that easy. I thought it was going to be nutmeg etc based upon the color I always seen on the web. Your positive energy and beautiful smile is infectious 😍😍😇Thank you so much and God bless you and your Family 🍢🥜😍😍

    was just about to ask about seasoning the meat before adding the suya spice then I just clicked on the link of how to make the spice n got my answer. Have visitors coming from the US this summer and im so gonna spoil them with original Cameroon Suya lol.Thanks sis

      Precious Kitchen everything u can make abeg u Precious. Please at your own pace and time. I personally really do appreciate. I was a very stubborn kid I fall bush without being a guru in cooking but u have been of so much help and my family is so surprised.

    If you cut the meat when its still cold, not quite frozen you can cut it thin and consistent slices

    Forgot to update u on the outcome of my gateau, gateau don pass me! Made it using ur recipe n it was so hard, not like urs at all. Followed ur recipe exactly so still wondering where I went wrong. Thinking of trying again but afraid im gonna be wasting time and energy one more time lol

      Precious Kitchen will give it a try but first let me comment on suya. Chai, mami, this suya! People if uve not tried it then get to work right away. Its the original, yes na true true soya from payee. How I fit do attach picture eh. I just finished making this right now n I must confess its wickedly , deliciously n preciously delicious.
