I started going places alone about 3 years ago. This includes things like concerts, museums, but also travels. It's so freeing when you can do whatever you feel like doing without having to discuss it with someone else. I really enjoy it and recommend it to everyone!

It’s never too late to change that.
You can indeed always change that. If seeing places on your own is what makes you feel you're living your life, you should do that. Just remember that those things are just vacations. This can't always be your life, and there's nothing wrong with that. You have to go back to work eventually to earn money for your next trip, for example. Your life is probably perfectly normal and just as "boring" as anyone elses.
Don't use photos or videos from moments of someone elses life as an indicator to how your whole life should look like. You basically just want to make a trip like that, that's all.

A year ago when I was 18 I flew alone to Romania and then took in the middle of the night a bus to Moldova (like 400 miles) when I didn't know Romanian and the bus driver didn't know English at all, don't afraid most of people around the world are good and will help you if you need something

3:40, this is awesome. I've been working on that too. One of the best things I've found is changing my wording when I talk to myself. Instead of saying something like 'why am I like this', EVEN IF YOU'RE KIDDING... just embrace it and have fun. You don't have to explain yourself to anybody, so you deserve to really enjoy every decision you make.

Listen, you've accomplished something that tons of people can't, you went on an adventure alone! I speak for myself when I say that I'm terrified of doing that! Even going for a walk! I make these scenarios in my head, where I picture myself just walking and thinking that everyone's looking at me and wondering why I'm walking by myself. It's crazy! If I have a place to go, a destination, like if I'm going somewhere to meet someone or if I'm going to the supermarket or something, I don't have this mentality because I have somewhere to go. The truth is no one cares about me, and I don't care about anyone that's walking! Literally no one cares!

Nothing wrong with being alone. I lived alone half way across the country (usa) in a smallish city where I didn’t know anyone or had anything for a year. Then I travelled the entire country for 3 years alone as a truck driver.

I’m 12 and I was gonna pursue acting. I was gonna go take acting classes after school and everything. My parents had paid for the classes and later that day I was sitting on the couch. I burst out into tears. My parents got their money back and I realized why I didn’t want to do it. I was scared. Scared of growing up and not living my life to the fullest because of some acting school that i wasn’t even sure I wanted anyways. I’m still a kid and I want to explore the world. When I grow up and the time comes I’ll know I’m ready. I say explore the world while you are young!

You’re doing what I wish I could get myself to do. So amazing. Not specifically talking about this video itself, but as a whole. I’d love to go on adventures and do what I see as exciting and fun, but a decade of working myself to death at a job, I find that letting myself enjoy the things I want to is hard like I think I don’t deserve it, or that I also get anxiety about all the things that can go wrong and not being prepared for them that I hold myself back from even trying. Plus I have always had a fear of doing things alone. Trying hard to get over it, but I’m afraid by the time I do, life will have passed me by.

It doesn't even have to be a whole trip or something. I think it's super important to teach yourself to enjoy things without other people. And to be able to do stuff on your own, instead of sitting down on the couch only to think "I'm bored" when nobody can hang out.
It's not healthy to be alone all the time, but it's just as unhealthy when you don't know how to be alone. Like you said, it can make you so much happier.

I need to force myself to go alone. My friends always let me down and I get stuck not being able to do what I love because I am nervous about hiking/camping/backpacking alone. I don't really know how to get over it or get used to it but if I want to do things in the outdoors I have to learn.
