    This is a 10 minute standing class using hand weights! Tone and strengthen your arms with my favourite hand weight moves.
    I use 1.5kg today, but lighter weights will be fine too.

    Hello, I absolutely love your workouts 💪 I wasn't sure at the beginning because I was used to heavy weights, but oh my god! In the middle of the workout, I have to drop the weights and do it with my body weight. They are amazing and I I can't wait to do many more. Many many thanks
