    This felt so good! It was more challenging than expected. I loved the combination of strength exercises and stretching. I would like to join your membership. Are there a lot of beginner-friendly workouts? I have joined other platforms before but the beginner section was always tiny, with 3 or 4 workouts suitable for beginners. Greetings from germany 😄
