I have started doing this class almost every day, and I see such a difference already. I am more limber and have gotten a little more toned. Thank you so much for this class, your voice is really soothing and you are great at explaining the different movements. I will probably move on to more challenging classes in a while, but I have enjoyed challenging myself in this one by focusing on my body and feeling how to best move through the exercises. Thank you again!
