    Ironnically, those flamethrowers are good against slow planes that are using attack run behaviour (bombers, assault planes).

    I’m perplexed at the devs doubling down on making flak as useless as possible against vehicles. I don’t get why they’re tryna make it even harder for aps to counter fast flying and agile aircraft.

    I'd love to see you make a video on how well flamethrowers/fire dmg work with low ap weapons. Seems like that would be a fun thing to play around with :)

    Huh, I completely missed that thing with the range of flamethrowers having a range based on compressors versus tanks. I thought it was fixed, that explains why they were not reaching all that far with my demonstration craft.

    Can you look deeper into the rules of how CRAMs can set things on fire? I've experimented with them a bit, and I had trouble getting them to work with a timed fuse. Seems like they can only set things on fire if they detonate from impacting a block, detonating mid air does nothing with fire.

      I mean, you've basically figured it out. Fire is like EMP, it doesn't work with timed fuses. 🤷

    So you're basically using Greek fire, in the same way as the Byzantine Empire fended off all naval competition for several hundred years. Probably the biggest case of naval dominance until the Royal Navy.

    Sorry this isn’t really the video to ask this but, could you make a short video about some hidden/ not well known controls? I keep seeing FTD RUclipsrs do some controls and I can’t for the life of me figure out what button it is.

    So is API the new APHE? How viable would you say these new additions are in the age of flying heavy armour bricks with railguns?

      API isn't a replacement for APHE I'd say, but it is a viable supplement and alternative: it does more damage overall, but more slowly, so it's handy for an extended fight. The fact that fire weakens armor means that it actually helps HE do even more damage, so the combination of the two is likely better than just one alone. 👍

      I wonder how well an API would work against a sub? Are pumped compartments treated as overwater or underwater?

      I mean once you put a hole in it​ with AP, it's probably considered as underwater either way @ChampionsGearhead
