I ADORE how they duel each other. This ride was SICK to be on and the best part about it was seeing the other coaster in-action so up close. It was so fun weaving and bobbing around them and seeing them twirl over us!
That looks like fun. I wish they had that ride when I worked there decades ago. It is good to see that they still have some of my favorite rides. As well as new ones.
This was always what I dreamt for Universal Studios for a Fast and the Furious roller coaster.

@@brockhuso4885While Twisted Colossus is way better from what I imagine (since I have never ridden WCR), Twisted Colossus almost always runs only 1 or 2 trains. It needs 3 trains to duel. But it never runs enough trains for that. Meanwhile WCR always duels!
That wait in-between seems a bit long. But sign me up!!!!
The wait really depends on how fast they load up the next train. But at least it guarantees that every ride is a racing one.

@@johngriswold4303 they had to remove it as somebody got injured on the ride resulting in them losing their eye. and they got rid of the dueling part after that which ultimately killed the ride off. Hagrid's replaced it but i didnt get to go on as it started raining. but i recommend velciocoaster in the same park and area its the best coaster ive ever been on!

I have riden it I found it to be rather mild a good ride for people just getting into coasters if they are able to handle Ninja!

Yeah that wait time is long, I was lucky to get to the line and it was all inside. The rollercoaster was so badass though.

Operations are a bit slow but then Six Flags has never really been known for fast operations. Looks fun but I’ll stick to my coaster and our speedy park operations. 😎

Six flags customer service, restrooms and lack of lockers REALLY SUCKS at M. M we pay so much money that at least you should enjoy the satisfaction to pee fast! You have to keep hydrated But even the lines for these services are freaking ridiculous. However, I blame people who have caused for six flags to implement such a strict policies but they should have more restrooms and shaded areas all around the park!

As much as I want to see more of these launched dueling coasters across the many Six Flags parks, it won't be possible.
Besides, in the amusement industry of the USA, Six Flags is kinda considered to be the "Budget park chain" compared to the likes of Cedar Fair and SeaWorld. It's like Walmart Compared to Target or Trader Joe's.

I don't understand the mindset of the designers of this ride and Full Throttle. Looking at new rides like Velocicoaster and Patheon, West Coast Racers is a joke
It's not designers, it's the cost. You're comparing a $30mil ride to a $6mil (Full Throttle) and a $15mil (WCR) ride. That's on Six Flags not on Premier Rides.

I know they and cedarpoint compete as most coaster capital of the United States maybe even the world but is this the latest coaster at MM like Steel Vengeance is still the newest/most recent at CPoint due mostly to Covid for I am sure in 3 years since March 2020 there would be 3 new yrs and that means yes probably some new kiddie ride bullshit or new show or attraction but only every 2-5 yrs do we get a good new coaster at any given park anyways so all to say. .. i am long winded long story short Is this the latest Magic Mountain addition still or is there at least something in the works since Covid in California's premier park for Coaster Enthusiasts like Mwwwwwwaaaaaaaa. .. I have been all over America and Holiday World Cedar Point Dollywood Universal Orlando Disney Animal Kingdom Chocolate capital of my family for I am Amish/Mennonite Lancaster PA blood thru and thru my Grandma is 98 my granddad her hubbie died of Covid in 2020 at 99 and her mom was 101 when she died that is good Kreider blood and the Groff name lives on in me but I have no children so it may very well die soon. .. but I loved those trips to my favorite gardens on earth one in PA the other in oh shit PA too The Hershey Gardens and the premier one right by my old stomping grounds in Conowingo MD where I lived my whole life from 1982-2016 Thanksgiving when we moved away from LONGWOOD Gardens the best Gardens in my opinion in all of America i have not been oversees technically i have at Niagara Falls and at the Florida Keys but never past Canada and in the Great 50 states minus Alaska and Hawaii i have visited 42 of them or at least had a train of my dads payment go thru them on Amtrak I am so grateful for all the times my parents took me to cool places like Amusement Parks and I am telling you the best are still Holiday World SIX FLAGS ALL SUCK they are poorly managed but of course MM is the best one but I lived next to the worst one at ironically the one called America shouldn't that be like the best one it is named after the 50 states for crying out loud but the one in Bowie MD sucks balls it is even worse than adventure land the water park that killed like 20 people and injured 2 million probably do NOT go to six flags they do not care about the customer or the service they care only about profits and watch all the videos of accidents happening in amusement parks half to 4/5ths are at Six Flags parks They took Geuaga Lake and the Sea World both flopped horribly with new 6 flags management then the Dying water park called Geaga Lake I loved and it should have put tons of money into but Cleveland is cold for 10 months out of the yr so from a business standpoint i totally get it I live next to a dying water park the only one around unless now you wanna drive all the way to Cincinnati for Kings Islands shitty one or the good one i admit there is a good one in Erie pay to ride which is old-school like Pittsburgh's Kenny-wood The Sandcastle and Waldemeer and Splash Lagoon both in Erie PA are great water-parks if you cannot travel to Orlando every yr like i cant The other great 3 day experience is Tampa and Williamsburg I ADORE Bush Gardens the theming and landscaping is to die for If you care about what makes Disney so good the FOOD and the ATMOSPHERE and less about thrill ride attractions then Bush Gardens is the place for you Lego Land sucked and I love Legos I literally have given millions seemingly to the Dutch Company but if they could change their theme to adult theme rides AND kid rides they would so have me but that park is dying because if i want to build Legos i do it at HOME and if I want to look at better designs I can do that online or at Lego Conventions or building competitions in some warehouse in NJ Lego-Land was the one park i hated when we took a trip to Tampa and Orlando it was the flop of the trip and I hate saying that because i still buy Legos i love the brand but just like I predict the Hot-wheels Mattel Amusement park will also be a flop because it invests in children when parents had to have those children and we will get bored to tears if you do not at least have a good water-park or 2 at least thrill rides or R Coasters There is 1 at Legoland Tampa and it sucked and i waited in line for 1 hr to have a shit experience that is not how it feels to build a lego They should recreate the engineering experience but they do NOT and i predict Lego land will go out of business one day and so will the new Hot-wheels APark for it misunderstands its real client is the nostalgic late teen like the 14-19 yr old and the 30-40 yr old getting in touch w his long lost youth but he needs to feel like he felt when he made the makeshift Hot-wheels track from hundred and hundreds of his parents allowance money saved to buy a track worthy of coaster enthusiasts and then put his favorite Bugatti or Ferrari on the track Racing works This is a great Concept at MM Magic Mountain has had only a few flops 6 flags is a SHIT company perhaps the worst of the big boys like Cedar Fair and a few others but it focuses on spreading it out and spreading it thin bigger and more is always better to 6 flags and that is shitty thinking because they end up w far far far TOO many parks and way less attention to the details like enough bathrooms w soap in them like water that is actually cold at the fountains and during Covid like giving away free water in cups that are not the ones we pay 20 bucks for to refill our sugary soda drinks There is a way to make it work but only Disney Universal and Cedar Fair has figured out the client and not the dollar sign buzzing and distracting their ear like flies on shit on the back of a donkey ass hole called 6 flags I hate that park I cannot tell you how much i hate 6 flags They have literally killed Geuaga Lake they were the WORST park in the 6 flags brand of all time and called AMERICA talk about Irony and in my Baltimore PRIDE backyard I wanted the Ravens to win the Superbowl this yr I still hate OH teams but I wanted Cincinnati to beat LA any day of the week but i still hate the Browns and they hate me I stole their team all their players went to MD we did them all kinds of wrong we raped them literally w more money in Baltimore due mostly to drug trafficking we are a hub of drugs Cleveland is a dead end of Fentaynl only and then to Akron where it kills black men like they are totally expendable like the crack epidemic of the 80s and 90s then the meth came and then the prescription pills OXYs and now the fake OCs that are really Fenty and not the patches from real USA docs but fake presses from Mexico . . .killing our country literally No wonder we are cool w our kids dying on roller coasters at 6 flag parks we are all on opiates and do not give a fuck or worse our kids are along w us LONG STORY SHORT the old wooden racers suck and were replaced by RMC rocky mountain construction best coasters in the world or taken to the ground like Son Of Beast I so so so SO wish they would have turned son of beast into a RMC coaster but RMC did not exist yet when all those people died at Kings Island and they take the loop out and people still get whiplash and they say fuck this coaster due to lawsuit money it is always money blow back but had they fixed it instead of demolishing it it would be higher and better than Steel Vengeance but that company took all kinds of short cuts and would still be unsafe probably because I am lucky to be alive I have a Get rid of that stupid collar. Same trains on full throttle. Ride would be so much better. Just getting home from park. Operations slow alot because of stupid guests. Granted some of the workers have bad attitude and seem lazy.
