I Have one Very Simple Question, Why Table Fans Propellor not Creating Much Thrust Like Other 2 blade Propellors.? Is it Because of Rpm or Propellor Design Machi..!
Both the things. Their propellers are meant to be designed in such a way that they will only push the little amount of air to provide the comfort and also their rpm is low.
Thanks brother...keep supporting me.... I have way more complex projects coming on the way with full explanation......😊😊 So thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe... And do share it... Thankyou
Hello guys , these videos includes a lot of information and very helpful to students. Could you please try to include CFM (cubic feet per minute) as an airflow indicator for every type of fan you described in all the videos. Thank you, I hope you might work on the CFM
Bro a question.. could a motor fly a plane whos total airplane weighs greater then the trust produce? Example a motor with trust 500 gram flies an rc plane with 600grams? I like to know the minimum thrust required to fly an airplane in Trust to weight ratio..
Yes definitely it can fly......as the thrust is produced by wings...and the motor helps in speeding the plane. Make sure you do not fly in vertical position.....or it will come down....😊😊😊 Don't forget to subscribe....😊😊😊
Well I have not used that motor...but according to its kV rating...it might give you around 900 gm + thrust. But i am not sure...you need to check it's thrust chart
good one. why don't you make a video of all the motors with different KV and different pitch propellers and share the test results? it would be so informative to all.
I will definitely share it bro but along with the passage of time. I mostly share the stuff which will be helpful in my upcoming videos...As I taken the reference of this video in my "80 mm EDF video". Similarly there is so information to share with you all in my upcoming videos. So don't forget to subscribe...and also do check my other videos like mecanum wheel robot, 80 mm EDF and many more. You are supposed to know that by the manufacturer's specs. And every battery made has it's own C rating depending on the quality of the materials used, as well as the quality of the build by the battery company. These companies are notorious for over-rating the crap out of the battery's to impress you and get you to buy them.
25 kg thrust is way more for electric ducted fan (EDF). The max thrust which a commerical available EDF can produce is 12 to 13 kg max. So you need to use two of them. But the problem will be the battery size because these EDF consume much current. And also if there is no such requirement.of EDF than you can go for T motors. T motors has a lot of thrusts. It can easily provide you 25 kg with 24 Inch propeller but it is costly. And if you are planning to design a manned drone that I will suggest you to first make its miniature version and find you the problems. Hope you get it and if you'll face any problem then do comment. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊😊
6 Inch propeller is not suited for the 1000 kv motor because it has low rpm and high torque. 6 Inch propeller need high rpm motor so I have used a 2500 kv for it. Hence there's no use for using 1000 kv with 6045 Hope you got my point. And thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊😊
Well it was a test for my new and old motors. Because I want to compare the actual thrust of the motor with its performance chart. And I need the results because my future projects are complicated and so compact that these parameters will play an important role in designing that. So I shared the results with you all. And yes I have used different propellers because racerstar 2500 kv motor was designed for 5 Inch propeller but I have tested it with 6 Inch too. And 1000 kv motor for 10 Inch but I have tested it with 8 Inch....and I don't fee like to use more propellers on it because these sets were common. So hope you liked my video...so thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe... More cool stuff is coming on the way...☺️☺️
@@MechNinja you're obviously an engineer. What's commercially available isn't always the most efficient. You also have a 3d printer, and that was also the short way of asking if you had access to research and knowledge that the basic public doesn't have, or, have aggregated said knowledge from the multitudes of sources out there. For instance, the noctua fans have an extremely efficient way of moving air around and are some of the quietest designs. I do wonder how long it will take to get aluminum and iron based batteries for things like this. What has been promised for performance will be exciting for projects like this.

If it's recommended to use a 6 Inch propeller than its better, but if not then the motor will draw much current and time of flight will be less. But If your requirements suits the 6 Inch prop then go for it.

Doesn't mean to be offensive but you should give all parts some name. I'm literally confused about which part is going where, I'm figuring it out by watching the finished rig.

If he had an adjustable weight opposite the pivot point, to counterbalance the motor/prop combo until the ensemble was resting horizontally, just as the string became taught, the result would be more accurate.

Not a useful measurement unless you are doing ducted fans. Thrust is the force measurement needed.
