it aint ph neutral if youre wheels are coated brake buster will brake down the coating faster ;) its non acidic but it aint ph neutral at all its around ph 11 i think
You are right. I read articles saying "PH balanced" and Neutral is what my mind made of it. Some of those articles say a PH of 10 👍. I dis say PH neutral or close to it. Not as close as I recalled though.
