    Guruji main apka dil se thanks karna chahta hu . Bench press k time meri elbow/tricep injury ho gyi thi . Mujhe kahi se aram nahi mil raha tha 2 hafte ho chuke the. Fir maine apki ye video dekhi or barf se sikai ki or balm laga k garam patti bandhi . Mujhe aram milna shuru ho gya hai or ab m exercise bhi kar paa raha hu. Thank you so much

Aur mene unko bhi dekha vedios me... Bhut socha tha apse milne ke liye... Ki wo insan kon jo bacho ka bhawish bana rha hai... Aap sach Guru Mahan ho... Ab mujhe yakin ho gya hai ke jo bhi apke gya wo kuch na kuch nhi balki bhut banke nikalega...

    Charan sparsh guru ji..... Apki therapy 100% effective hai... Mai running karta tha mujhe shin splint hua tha bhut doctor ko dikhaya kisi ko pata he nahi tha.... Fir ice se sikayi kiya aur stretch 3 months me 100% cure ho gaya.... Ap chote city me bhi apni branches kholiye... Its a request

    Thnq soo much sir, mujhe last week hua lower back mai pain deadlift karte wakt, but aapke ye vedio yaad tha mujhe mene 4 days tak baraf aur garam paani ka sake kiya aapne bataya vese, n now after a week meri lower back ek dam thik ho chuki hai n the pain is zero percent now😊😊 thnk you sir

      Merko deadlift k time lower back injury hui thi bhot se therapist ko bhi dikha liya lekin relif ni hora koi bhi weight lift krte hai too pain hota hai

      I was doing dumbell flies and my left shoulder got stiff, I think it's a tear in my rotator cuff, I feel the pain everytime I try to do lateral raise or dumbell flies, I'm thinking I will try these recovery exercises, hopefully it will be fine.. please advice if theres another approach to this...

    The camera quality and audio quality is tooo great tnx for upgrade sir, and mujhy 1month pehle shoulder press with rod laga raha tha tab mujhe achanak sai neck pain hua after maine uski malish bhi karai qki naas cadha gayi thi, phir 10-12 days maine neck injury sahi ho jane k baad phir se maine gym join kari n phir 4-5 din baad wahi problem ho gayi kaya karu sir g plz help me. Aur maine 5-6 years se workout kar raha hu abhi tak kuch nahi hu tha yeh pehli baar hi hua hai aur kafi taklif ho rahi hai specially morning maine uthate samay kafi dikkat hoti.

    Hello sir.
    Firstly i respect you so much..i follow you last 5-6 months and you are such a helpfull person as i assumed..sir actually i was injured in gym before 4 months i do deadlift in wrong position sir my lower back is injured mai chal bhi nhi paa rha hu sir legs me bhi bohot pain hai sir bohot treatments krwaliye but thik nhi ho paa rha sir merko bohot shonk h gym ka and doctrs bol rhe hai ki aap weight ni utha paaoge aab and jhuka bhi ni jaa rha 4 months se jada tar bed rest kr rha hu sir maine apko contact bhi kia call ki thi but contact ho ni paya please give me some suggestion because sir apko is sb ki bohot knowledge hai sir mai apni report send kr rha hu whats aap pe please check krke tell me something i want to recover soon and do gym please sir

    Thanx guruji mere doctor ne to mughe 2 saal gym karne se mana kar diya tha aur ab 2 saal baad nai wapis start kiya hai to jada weight uthne se dar raha tha.।। But ab mai bhi maan se workout kar paunga

    Guru ji mai mumbai se hun.. muze gym jakar 1 year 9 month ho gaye..., lekin mera biceps size growd nahi ho raha hai..! Or body me bhi khas badlav nahi Aaya hai.. And mera sholder bhi injury ho gaya tha but abhi thik hai.
    Plz sir help to all people
