I was doing dumbell flies and my left shoulder got stiff, I think it's a tear in my rotator cuff, I feel the pain everytime I try to do lateral raise or dumbell flies, I'm thinking I will try these recovery exercises, hopefully it will be fine.. please advice if theres another approach to this...

Aur maine 5-6 years se workout kar raha hu abhi tak kuch nahi hu tha yeh pehli baar hi hua hai aur kafi taklif ho rahi hai specially morning maine uthate samay kafi dikkat hoti.

Firstly i respect you so much..i follow you last 5-6 months and you are such a helpfull person as i assumed..sir actually i was injured in gym before 4 months i do deadlift in wrong position sir my lower back is injured mai chal bhi nhi paa rha hu sir legs me bhi bohot pain hai sir bohot treatments krwaliye but thik nhi ho paa rha sir merko bohot shonk h gym ka and doctrs bol rhe hai ki aap weight ni utha paaoge aab and jhuka bhi ni jaa rha 4 months se jada tar bed rest kr rha hu sir maine apko contact bhi kia call ki thi but contact ho ni paya please give me some suggestion because sir apko is sb ki bohot knowledge hai sir mai apni report send kr rha hu whats aap pe please check krke tell me something i want to recover soon and do gym please sir
