- Bassi Falls is an easy hike to a beautiful water fall with multiple cascading pools. It is family friendly, dog friendly, and even knee friendly 😂 . With all our animals fed and watered we abandon the Farm (for a half day) to adventure into the mountains to stay as cool as we can! And everything about Bassi Falls is COOL!

We have 4 kids and a 5 acre farm here in Northern California. We have made a commitment to learning how to raise our own food, as fast as we can, in the most fun way possible. This is a journey of us learning how to provide more for ourselves.
Important Points if you ever visit here! (Which we highly recommend)
--Its probably only swimmable in the mid to late summer...otherwise snow melt is high and so is the velocity of the water...NOT SAFE!
--Only "Mother Natures" facilities available. No toilet 🤷♂️ No potable water 🤷♂️ No Electricity
