Very underrated character in my opinion. She had so much to deal with in those 3 years which would normally mentally traumatise or defeat most individuals. Very strong woman, and helped ethan. Would like to see her again in future resident evil games
I wonder why saving Mia over Zoe is considered the "good" ending when in fact she was the only person to ever help you. Mia was a part of the organization that brought an overall innocent southern family (minus Lucas) and turned them into monsters.
But let's be real though The first reason of RE 7 and the Continuous of village was because Ethan wanted to save MIA And remember, Zoe still in Eveline control, so yeah
I picked Zoe on my first play through lol in my opinion Mia was a cause of the tragedy so I abandoned her and then the story unfolded to avoid giving away any spoilers :)
The Zoe DLC feels really backhanded in terms of addressing why people were upset about Zoe being abandoned. Instead of Zoe saving herself, she's reduced to a mute damsel prop for some totally unforeshadowed new character to save and they have the audacity to end it with her thanking Ethan for allegedly sending Joe to come find her.
I just realized, that Ethan could've just made a metal hand like Joe, since Ethan was an Engineer at that time, making a hand could've been useful, especially in RE8 when he lost his fingers to a Lycan. Edit: I realized Joe didn't make the arm, he found it. But still, Ethan could have made a robotic arm to help himself.
I just wish 8 actually gave us more to what organization was mia working for they just kinda by passed all mias shady ass past just jumped into the village,
Nope, Mia is the best choice. I'm so glad that you made feel that way because you've fallen to Capcoms trap. 😂 Yeah, Mia tried to kill you, but you'll notice that she's not in her own mind and she tried to fight someone on her mind. Everyone makes mistake(about her real job) and Mia is no exception.
I'm so confused why you're supposed to save Mia over Zoe. Zoe is an innocent who's helped you throughout the entire game while your crazy infected wife attacks you several times and was heavily lying to her husband even before all this junk started.
Mia IS his wife, even if she lied she clearly told him to stay away, it was Eveline making her send a letter to Ethan about coming to Louisiana, what do you expect her to tell him? "Oh Ethan, i work at the connections, i help making viruses, isn't that cool?" Zoe is just a side character who helps you make a serum for a virus she doesn't even know, Wich makes no sense to begin with, Mia is better all the way ong
@@regameplays9463 Offering Ethan a cure and a way of escape makes sense to me. Mia doesn’t do shit to help anything until the end where the writers realized they had to actually do something with her character. Also the connections is a Bioterrorist company so anyone working there is shady to start with, she never told him even after marriage. Point being, RE7 writers dug themselves in a hole by making Mia unlikable and trying to backtrack way too late. You can’t expect the player to care about characters they were TOLD to like because of crap that happened off screen. You build a bond with Zoe through trust and hardship. That’s why she’s a better choice for Ethan.
@@pyramidhead138I think they slowly became psycho over time because at the end of the Sister’s dlc they seem sort of normal in the true ending. She then mainly isolated herself from them and I think Evelyn just chose not to care about her
She is not infected by the mold and can help if you let her I have a few questions alright why didn't Zoe tell Ethan about Jack able to regenerate ? how come Ethan didn't ask why Jack was able to come back after dying ? folks this is the family cat that ate the molded that laid in house which Jack Baker has built . 🐈⬛
I’d be interested in seeing a video on explaining the religion and church from both the first game and the second. Father Theodore’s “church” used the same symbol as the church from the first game, so I’ve been wondering what the connection is there.
Can you make a Video about Amalgam Alpha the Creature you find in The Evil Within I ask because you explain everything so good in you're videos and I like you're videos about Resident Evil,Outlast and The Evil Within ^w^
Yeah, I may revisit it. I remember I looked into it back when I was doing that game, I don't remember why I decided not to, if I just never got around to it or if it didn't have much lore behind it. I'll look at it again and if there's much to it I will probably do a video on it at some point.
The choice was clear (in theory), Zoe! Mia may be Ethan’s wife, but she was nothing but an antagonist/damsel until Act 3 so why should I care if she dies? She lied to Ethan, brought him near death, honestly terrible wife 0/10. Zoe not only helps you but seems to care for you by the end. Sad the game punishes you for making that choice.

As a person who lives in Louisiana Re7 is what we have to deal with every week or so
Especially the bugs
Have you seen Tom Segura’s Louisiana Jokes? 😂😂
Imagine her chasing you if she was under Eveline's control

Love the content. Would love to see a complete timeline for the series with Village around the corner.

Zoe is my main girl in RE7, although Sheva Alomar from RE5 is my favorite heroine in the series overall.
Omg no way! Sheva Alomar is my favorite character in the RE franchise and Zoe is my second!
What's with all the lady/daughter Dimitrescu praise? Zoe's the best waifu.
I feel like if Mia wasn’t Ethan’s wife, Zoe would have been good as she helps Ethan all the way
I'll answer: Zoe Baker is the correct choice, the choice that makes the most sense, as well as the CHOICE THAT RE7 PUNISHED ME FOR MAKING!!!!
