In MGS if snake sneezes it alerts the guards. A GAME OVER caused by ripping a massive fart is totally what Kojima would put into the game if someone told him it was funny.
It would definitely be something in MGS3. With all the status effects you can get already, having it so eating rotten meat or beans gives you gas or a stomach bug is not that big of a reach.

the sphere hunter summer animation loop is by far my favourite combinted with the original audio in the background it becomes a loop I could have let run in the background for hours
