"When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all" Plastic Surgeons are like Janitors or Garbage men or Road workers. If they've done their job right after it's done you'll bearly notice they did anything.

If I don’t like being fat, I can always get a Planet Fitness membership 3. Find a way to fix the marks on my face since I used to swim ALOT as a kid, so now it looks like I got swimming goggles marks on my face. Makeup can probably fix that although it ain’t a permanent solution. 4. I’m BROKE and can’t afford it in the first place If I were to do these things, then I think I’d look pretty decent. Screw plastic surgery lol

I am actually getting my first surgical procedure done in the new year. I was considering hair transplant, but I decided to shave my head a few months ago and I feel better ever since. Less insecure and my head is better looking than I thought. You mentioned wee wee and that is my problem area right there. As a black man I am tiny tim and I am at the point of insecurity where I'd rather try fix it and see if things get better. I have the money for it and I have literally nothing to lose. Besides the constant thought of self deletion and the fact I don't date because I don't have the confidence, look, nor do I fit the norm...so why not. Worked my ass off and if it turns out I can have a better size great, I can start dating and feel like a normal guy. If it turns out to be ineffective then I don't have to be here. Man people get lucky and have confidence for whatever reason, but when you are small and expected to have a certain size it messes with you. So yeah that's my reason for surgery. Wish me luck!

I had a long prayer to God over this and I am trusting myself as this is what I need to do.

my two biggest insecurities can only be changed with surgery, so even though I've thought about it I'm 99.9% sure I'd never go through with it. that shit is expensive, scary, and doesn't have a guaranteed success. With a procedure like breast implants it's not even one and done, you usually have to go back years later to replace them 😭seems like therapy is the better option for me lol

I can see why some people would want elective surgery. I mean, if your nose is on time, but you're still two-minutes late, it's totally understandable why someone would want the bus on their face finally towed away. Really now, I can only imagine what it might be like to have every one around you have to duck to avoid getting hit by the train that is your nose. That must be truly awful.
