Once you have the technology, get two nuclear submarines, one placed near your base for defence and the other as close as you could to Grigor's. Do that and you would win 90% of the battle
My favorite cyber combo: Ares II x 10 - Makes short work of buildings and enemies. Apollo x 3 - Heals everything and gives many shields to cybers. Tempest x 3 - For those annoying bombers and fighter planes that resist my Ares army.
