You've been riding some rad bikes lately. Gotta love that "special sauce"🤣. I have a feeling that Sour is going to blow up like Ragley did after your Big Al review. BTW, I'm really digging that bar and stem.
Thanks for the review. One of my local bike shops has become a dealer! Sweet! Again, I love seeing the trails. I was so lucky to have spent several years living three houses down from that water tank. Hope I can get back there. Maybe on a Sour Crumble...

Great review! Thank you for the effort and honesty, you've been riding a lot of fun bikes lately. I love that the all rounder can have special sauce too. This one looks so cool with that color where you are riding! Merry Christmas
Wonderful bike! It’s cool when you mention during your ride that the Sour has the feeling of a mullet in certain instances, like when cornering. Great review. Was fun to see that it manuals and wheelies so well!
Looking forward to your review on a Sour Pasta Party I know its considred a XC Bike but it also has a few goodies Ive noticed you like such as: Bikepacking capabilities, Steel, can be converted to single speed via its eccentric BB which by the way I dont think we´ve seen a review on from you... oh and contrary to many other steel bikes it has tapered Headtube. Itll be fun and educational to watch. Thanks for the great reviews 😉
What a great review as always. You make me want a lot of bikes you ride. But this one really sounds special. A bike for 95% of riding and is super fun without pushing to the max. Who wouldn't love that? I like to push hard at times, but I'm no racer or pro so I mostly run at about 65% effort. Bet this bike would be perfect for a ton of people. So jealous of your weather, it's been so rainy and wet here for the past month I haven't even been able to hit my trails. They're all closed! Riding the gravel rig on the road for exercise, but it's nowhere near as fun. Been rocking my longsleeve Hardtail Party jersey a lot. Took a while, but I finally got it a couple weeks ago.
Nice review! So crazy to think 66/67° head angles are considered "steep" by todays standards when back in the 90's/00's anything below 71/72° was considered heavy Enduro or even "DH" lol. Circa 2001.. What!? 68° head angle? That's no hardtail! That's a DH monster! 🚵♂️😆

Great review, didn't expect to have any interest in this one based on your first look video. And as I would expect, the move has come with a price increase.
