I'm a former deputy sheriff and a current driver and I discovered, approximately two days after I started taking runs with my FTO, that people are phking STUPID. I graduated HS in 87. This schitt almost never happened. Now, I'm glad I'm out of the business. I couldn't deal with the ignorance that goes on now. Everyone wants to settle disputes with a gun.

I graduated in 80, we used to have pickups with gun racks in the back window with either a rifle or shotgun or both. No one ever thought of using a gun to harm one another. Not a single school shooting.
Back then, Common Sense and Logic were more common. From 2010 to now, 2024, Common Sense and Logic is alot less common.
I remember a time when we used to fist fight. You'd handle your business, shake hands like men and move on. Long gone are those days. God speed to the driver.

It's been crazy lately! Not only with 4 wheelers but also truck to truck..Too much stress! No money.Bad scheduling of loads by brokers .Too many new inexperienced drivers doing dumb moves construction delays everywhere!! Gets to the point people just loose control!! Avoid confrontations at all cost and be prepared for the worst! Exercise your 2A rights if legally able!

Maybe their is a lot of soulless people out there just today in Oregon there was a x cop on the run that killed his c wife and abducted his son after killing the teenage mom shot him self after a chase I went by the seen not long after it happened.

Prayers for the families of involved parties. Never ever get out of a vehicle to confront unemployed behavior. Makes you the aggressor. I was in a road rage incident early 2000s right down the road on 220 in Bossier parish. Having done some minor body work on a Chevy lumina with a car hauler bar after jeopardizing their lives and my livelihood at the time. Don't be a Nancy and drive emotionally, it'll make you cry.

I’m from Shreveport, Louisiana and I’m a truck driver so I’m very familiar with Greenwood obviously.. About 3 years ago I had to deliver a load in West Texas close to the Mexico border and a guy in a Durango cut me off and I blew my air horn immediately after.. And obviously he didn’t like that so we both exit off the access road and came to a stop sign he stopped in front of me and got out and pointed a gun at me and was saying something but his English was real choppy but I told him he better not miss.. Which was stupid on my part because he could have blew my head off but he got back in the car and sped off..

That's how I felt about the shooting at the loves in shartlesville pa. I literally saw the detectives all over the truck stop and when I was leaving they were washing blood off the parkinglot
