Thank you. Seems like I passed the behavioural phone interview also thanks to your advices. Actually, the interview lasted 1 hour instead of 30 minutes, and I also had some big laughs with the HR! I was never expecting that (also the guy helped me a lot breaking the ice and explicitly said I made a good impression). Personally, the most important questions I had to answer were "tell me what you immediately did as soon as you've been employed in your last job" and "are you usually involved in every part of a project? Tell me how you and your company organize these projects" Thank you once again!
Hey thank you so much I passed the behavioral at Microsoft. I interviewed in the morning and I got the email in the evening. I didn't know the 3 principles before but thanks to your video I incorporated the principles in my work experience. I will practice coding to prepare for the finals. Thank you so much!
Awesome video! I have my AA interview tomorrow and this is really helpful. However at least someof these questions seem geared towards more senior / management roles. I mean asking a junior to mid level SDE candidate about motivating groups of people and managing long term projects seems a bit of a stretch. Or am I missing something?
He provided you a 23 minute video of great, common Microsoft behavioral questions AND advice on how to answer all of them, and you have the audacity to comment that it's the most boring video ever about interviews? Talk bout ungrateful. What do you want him to do? A PowerPoint slide? Jokes? Story time? Check yourself!

Correct, but do expect questions about team fit which could as well be tested through questions about interpersonal skills (and trust).
Amazing tips! I have an onsite MS interview coming up, this really helped!
