Great video, and thanks for helping myself and others. Some thoughts.. and my critique is for the companies, not your ideas, which are great. Interview for someone's ability to tell good stories, and you will hire someone who can prepare and tell good stories. Don't be surprised if you do land very good liars, because that is one of the ways they got good. I'm not sure why this style of behavioral interview are so popular. But it is the game we need to play to get in the door.
My interview is on Monday. I already messed up by replying PM time instead of AM when they asked about the time. But I could delete it. I hope I don't duck this up again
I will have interview next week for 4 rounds please let me know the ideas or if anybody have any behavioral questions plz send.Really super nervous. Thank you.
