My husband heard your voice and knew I was watching your video. (He does this every time he hears your voice but it’s actually appropriate when you are having green beans for dinner) He hollers, “GREEN BEANS BECKY! Don’t forget the green beans!!” He remembers, I think it was last year when you were doing a shopping video and you said I hope I remembered everything…it was one of those lost list days at Costco. You hadn’t gotten the green beans that was on your list and I was yelling that same phrase as if you could hear me. Now he does it all the time. He is a closet foodie and loves watching your videos with me. Thank YOU for being you. We love ya!

My prepping trick for feeding just two people - I cook big batches of rice or pasta then freeze microwavable bowls with two servings. A different day I'll chop a bunch of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and put those in microwavable bowls in the fridge. At dinner time I just rinse and nuke a veg and carb and cook a meat or meat leftover.

Frugal tip for you…. instead of buying individual servings of yogurt like Becky used in this video, make your own yogurt. Homemade yogurt freezes beautifully both plain and seasoned with compote! Step it up just a notch by freezing in individual serving size to eat or use in recipes. No cute individual sized containers? Measure it into cheap sandwich bags and put several bags inside a nice freezer bag.
Future starters can be frozen in snack sized baggies too. LOVE YOUR CHANNEL BECKY!

Made your Artisan bread today. I did everything wrong in this recipe, had a thick, dry skin form on top of loaf from sitting for so many hours with just a thin dishcloth over it, added a bunch of extra flour because I had to knead it then to try and recover the texture and mix in all the dry lumps, missed the parchment paper step and it stuck to the rising bowl, so I let it rise again. It still turned out fabulous! How is that even possible?!!

This is how I cook for my family. I am gone for work 14 hours 4 days a week, so when I am off I make four meals. One instapot, one oven, one stove top, one crockpot, and because of your videos I have just added an air fryer to my kitchen, so I have been working those in. Because I am gone so long on the days I work, I just cook all the meals, and then put them in the fridge after they have cooled for my family to pull out the nights I work. Then they just have to reheat and enjoy!

Becky, if you buy crock pot liner bags, you can put all the ingredients in that for easier storage in the fridge...and then it still goes straight into the CP. I know that's a plastic you don't normally use (or want to) but when you are tight on fridge space, that might make the difference.

Those dinners look fantastic! I really want to try that yogurt sauce too.
Don't limit your meal prep dinners to just 1 crockpot and 1 Instapot and 1 sheet pan, either... you can prep and ziplock 4 or 5 sheet pan dinners, and just get out the pan (or crock or Instapot) that night you cook. And, of course, freeze the (freezer)ziplock, and pull out that meal the night before (or morning of), for longer-term storage.

I been watching your channel, pretty much since you started. You always amaze this old woman. I don't cook very much this days. But, boy I love to see you cooking. My mouth waters when you take a bite of the meal you just cooked.😋😋 Love to you and your family.♥️🧓😘

Grill up your leftover lemons too, bound to be some juice to squeeze over anything you like in your meal, and so yummy carmelized on the grill.😊❤

Looks amazing as always, you inspire us all. Day before yesterday, made veg broth, canned 16 jars. Yesterday was ten freezer meals, today butchered a pig. Thank you for motivating me! AMD all of us….

Since the instant pot timer doesn’t start counting until it comes up to pressure, no need to add time whether your ingredients are starting from room temp or cold (it will just take longer heating up to come to pressure from cold)

I love making Chicken Satay in the crockpot. I always keep some mixed up in the freezer for an easy dinner when I'm not feeling well. I like to top mine with chopped pan roasted peanuts and cilantro and serve it over jasmine rice. Yum

Love sheet pan meals! But today's dinner is chicken wings and mashed potatoes. Chicken wings are marinating & I made an easy sour cream dip. And homemade coconut milk cookie dough ice cream for later. 🦋

You should think about getting yourself a marinating container from Tupperware. You put your marinade in like you did and snap on the other side, and while things are soaking every once in a while you simply turn it over. And put it back in the fridge.❤

when i have a recipe i use frequently, i make up spice packets of all the dry ingredients to have ready when i want them. if i make a double or quadruple batch i measure the finished batch in teaspoons or tablespoons then divide by half or fourths for each recipe.
