I am grateful for life...and my family and friends
Its been 6 month I had spend my day with pain , anger, frustration , depressed, talking less , sitting alone and sleepless night , crying , broken relationship , no job because of this COVID 19 and so i cant enjoy the day . Inside m dying but outside im smiling , which is really difficult to do !
I want to move on from my broken relationship but it's really difficult . A lot of question arise in my mind that I should not give up on relationship , I can heal it but no he has block me .
But today I choose to make myself better . but its difficult you know but I hope I can overcome from it . 💚

We were taught All 3 things you mentioned from our childhood.
As Muslims, we have to start our day b4 the sunrises with our daily exercise which is our 1st prayer of the day, reading or listening to our book Quran thats our best meditation. Allah says in the Quran "if you will be thankful, i ll increase & bless you with more..."
So grateful to be a Muslim. We have it all - only need to understand and follow.

I am greatful to god for making my day
I work out every day by weight-lifting that works 6 muscle-groups in my upper body. After over just one year, I can see the difference. I look good.
But before I work out, I show gratitude to the Universe. My morning and evening attempts to show my GRATITUDE by reciting it aloud:
“From the feelings in my heart and in my mind, I THANK THE UNIVERSE:
for those who come into my life for my learning experiences, and for their doing what they should do for my spiritual progress, even if some of their actions are not pleasing to me at the time.

Also, I watch videos like this for an extra boost, then I work out. I continuously battle myself to stay active and pro active. I've learned that the best way to fight depression is to stay active while having a positive mindset in life. It's not easy, but I push thru everyday. Set backs happen, and sometimes waves of sadness still crashes over me. Thats why I've made it my morning routine to watch videos like thia to inspire me. Amazing videos you guys!
