This shows us how delicate and deep portraying a character like Senua is. It's more than just the voice, it's her movements and thought-processes. Gwad Damn is Melina an amazing actress.

Absolutely brilliant. Seeing how mo-cap has changed and the fact that the face cam picks up the smallest of details. Such a level of fidelity.
Great questions, insightful and got to see Henry in a suite 😂 can't wait foe the next one! Maybe we'll see one on game physics? Like how Battlefield has realistic bullet drop, or how a driving game recreates handling characteristics.
Physics is a great topic, so many different implementations and use case across games. Glad you loved it 💚
Almost there. I can't wait to see this. I'm such a big fan of the first Hellblade game, the sequel can't come fast enough.
Replayed the first game a couple of weeks ago, and even then I don't think I'm prepared enough for what's to come 😅😅

@@xboxon Oh, there's so much that would be amazing to learn more about from the developers. Game design, why did they choose this location, this story, these mechanics. In games with branching stories, choice and consequence, how do they do that? (Inxile, Obsidian) Music, how do they approach writing music to fit with the game and set a certain tone or mood. What is programming? What do they do?? How do you design a great level (Arkane Lyon) or a great open world (BGS). Why do games have so many bugs, and how are they fixed? Can ai be a good help for finding bugs?
Sorry, very long. But the creation of games is so interesting!

Do they get straight into another project or take time to listen to feedback before getting back to work on another project. How is this process for them, shows a real human element that is often overlooked or ignored.
This was interesting hard to watch perfer to your other videos but that mainly because I not into Docs but I did enjoy the topics that was in this doc

I hope the game is a success, and I hope we get to see Ninja Theory make something more ambitious yet more mainstream. Hellblade is fantastic, but it is a very niche game, just like Alan Wake 2. I think they need to go for a more streamlined type of single-player game.
