Unfortunately, I never received notification of your comment and only saw it late last night, a year later.. You're most welcome. At present, I have about 35 hours worth of music on RUclips, and I never monetize my videos or seek to make money off my work. I give away the scores to all my original compositions and arrangements for free. Of course, i understand that professionals have to earn a living, but I don't think we amateurs should be money grubbers.

Graceful playing here. The reverb is beautiful. Which microphone did you record with? Sounds like you're in a big open space made of smooth stone.

Thank you so much for your kind comment, Jacob. I do hope you'll check out some of my other harp work. I used a matched pair of modified Oktava MK-012 microphones, which unfortunately, as far as I know, are no longer available since the one person who did the modifications no longer does so. I recorded it on a Fostex Field Memory Recorder, but it died and is also unfortunately no longer made. I added some reverb in Samplitude, but, when I was forced to upgrade to Windows 10, it no longer worked. I now record in Cubase, which I don't care for much, though it does give me good control over reverb, and use a Babyface Pro audio interface with it. I add final touches like adjusting volume and EQ in Sound Forge Studio. I hope this information is helpful.

Thank you for your reply Stephen. You're most welcome. Your playing has a sense of peace in it and I can hear it as unrushed and that you enjoy playing. This makes it pleasurable to hear and listen to. I certainly will, and I also love the Lute so I look forward to hearing more.
Thank you for explaining. The reverb and EQ is perfect. It has an old sound, not overly polished. After some years of recording with a phone and laptop camera I've become interested in getting a better sound. Once I get something better than a 4gb laptop I will look into the methods you give, such as Cubase, which I have heard of. Thank you!
