- A shot for shot recreation of the famous Takumi VS Shingo battle. Oh jeez this took waaaaay too long to make. The unedited footage for this video has actually been on my computer since late april. I just struggled so much when it came to editing. Feels nice to finally have it out! Hope y'all enjoy :)

Im shocked how you kept the cars somewhat intact when they bumped in crashed. Usually in beamng drive hit a wall at 1mph you become an instant pancake. You earned yourself a new sub. Keep it up!

Thanks so much, dude! It was very difficult to gauge my trajectories for both cars, I needed to drive both at just a the right speeds. Especially when Takumi bashes his 86 against the guardrail, that one was especially difficult. Funnily enough, Shingo’s crash kinda handled itself, and only required a couple takes. I appreciate the feedback, more drifting coming soon!

Last times I've been working hard on brake drift and I noticed that stock Toyota AE86 have natural ability to "countersteer without countersteer". I've seen that u was sometimes not countersteering, maybe u'll try to record drifts without (or with very small) countersteer?

Protect the Inside line in the corner
All Cars have differences
And Most Importantly: Don't fall in love with a guardrails!

Actually, I used a Thrustmaster t150 for this video, Lol. The reason that the steering is jittering is because I am driving both the ae86 and the EG6 at the same time. I am doing that by rapidly switching from one car to the other and adjusting each of their trajectories. Doing that made this video IMMENSELY tedious, and on top of that I was forced to use the built-in windows 10 video editor to edit the whole thing together. That being said, all that effort made the payoff that much more rewarding. I’m glad you enjoyed! More drifting coming soon! ;)

Thanks, dude! I put a lot of effort into this one, it was my most difficult video. The crash at the end was very delicate and deliberate, and I had to have quite a few takes to get it right. In the end, I think it came out well. Although if I could change one thing, it’d be the broken headlight continuity error during the crash. Live and learn, I guess. Lol

Ok before I had the game I thought this was easy. OH BOY WAS I WRONG, I tried to do a simple braking drift the front wheels locked up and I went of the cliff, I tried a handbrake drift, I overcorrected and when into a guard rail, the one time I did good was when I shifted at the perfect time to where a simple turn around the Utah map turned into a 4 wheel drift and I somehow made it out without a crash. (btw these were all in a custom ae86 from season one of initial d that I made, including rims). So what I'm trying to say is that this IS A FRIGIN MASTERPIECE, GREAT JOB!

Unfortunately, no, I did this with all 3 of my hands unrestricted. Although, it was even a bigger handicap ya ring to drive both Takumi and Shingo’s car at the same time. Glad it payed off though. :)

How did you get the other car to drive the way u wanted?

I am driving both cars at the same time, by aiming one car, pausing, and switching to the other car to do the same. This is just as tedious as it sounds, and it took me MANY tries to get it right. If you see Andy two cars both drifting in any of my videos, it’s because I’m driving both Lol.
