Just made a double batch for my crew of young men. The oil truck leaked oil in my driveway and DEP is doing the cleanup. Nothing like hot cookies and coffee to get their energy up on a cold day in Maine. Thanks for the recipe. They loved them
So happy to find your page. These smal! Batches are perfect for me when I have an urge for something sweet and don't want to bake the whole recipe. I've been making them and freezing or sharing, but takes a lot of time when I don't have it. Thanks again and have a blessed Christmas !!

Thank You!! I've tried unsuccessfully to cut down Peanut Blossom recipe many times. Now I have one that's perfect for me. Being diabetic & loving the combo of milk chocolate and PB is hard to resist eating them all. But having only 6 is perfect since it'll quench the craving, but won't blow up blood sugar either. Thanks again!! ❤ ☺️
Hi Leigh Anne. Is it at all possible to post the full size recipe on your site? I have peanut butter lovers young and old, near and far, who are obsessed with Reese's and all things peanut butter. The reason I'm asking is because sometimes if you double triple quadruple a recipe it doesn't come out exactly as it should I am so glad I stumbled upon your channel you are truly amazing and I thank you so much for sharing Merry Christmas to you And I hope you're new year is filled with much health and happy happiness
I've been making peanut butter blossoms since I was a kid. I'm not sure why, but these seem to make a huge impression with men. One of the tricks I learned to keep the cookies from spreading is to never use Natural Peanut Butter. Not even the JIF kind. Otherwise your cookies will spread out and be thinner. Second, after rolling into golf ball sized cookies, I put them into the refrigerator covered with plastic so they don't dry out. They need about an hour or you can even make the dough 1 day and bake them the next. The chill time will make the cookies spread less, but also add extra tenderness as the flour has more time to hydrate. (I do the same thing with my pancake batter to make my pancakes more tender). To give the cookies an added shine for the holidays, I like to sprinkle a little bit of Sparkling Sugar on the cookie before I bake it, which comes in different colors, or just use white. Happy Baking, everyone!
That's the perfect vintage cookie recipe made into a smaller batch. An all-time favorite, yes! 👍
