LouB747 sadly it was a disappointing day for mead well, a lot of checking out new spots and testing new places. Found a couple good spots so it was worth it! I’ll be lookin out for the next vids!
Those blue spotted salamanders are so cool! Congrats on the lifer! I’d love to find a glass lizard one day, we have them here in Arkansas but I believe they are pretty tough to find. Nice finds and great editing as always!
Cool finds as always, even though you didn’t find too much it still looked fun. I had no idea that Blue-spotted Salamanders were so healthy in the Midwest, here on the east coast they’re actually endangered in much of their range. Nice work Lou! - Harrison and Evan
Making some cool memories...........some day and perhaps even now you'll have these to watch and think back.........making lemonade out of COVID quarantine!! I see somebody else joked about snakes on a plane (you pilots must hate that movie premise!!) and cool shot up and down that large wind generating turbine!! Those blades spin at unbelievable speeds and are deceptively slow looking!! Thanks as always for sharing your great enthusiasm!! Jim C,
You need Taco Bell as a sponsor! 4:10 hate it when tin the big has nothing under it. wth snakes? Drone herping, that's a thing now. Some nice finds for what looked like some heat and no rain for a bit there. Dug those blue spotteds, on the list to find. I'm going to Soldier trail Rd tonight and Santa Catalina park tomorrow. I may move to San Luis Obispo to work at National guitars. It's hard love AZ love guitars.
Wow, never knew I was friends with a celebrity! You probably made that Taco Bell dude's day, haha. Yet another fun video and those blue spotted salamanders were so awesome looking! If I had Twitter or Instagram I'd forward this video to Taco Bell's accounts and get you a sponsorship since the Red Bull attempts haven't panned out yet ;-P
I have watched a few of your videos. Good fun. Have you been to Taiwan? Some great snake diversity here. Even a simple walk in the forest at night on the outskirts of Taipei will typically yield 6 - 12 snakes on average. You'd love it.
Lou..that gold king cobra you saw? Well since I've seen slot of gold ones. I couldn't believe it when you saw yours but that davidsfeed friend has a gold one also..but still awesome
Do you ever visit snake road southern IL ?? Saw 50+ cottonmouth last week. Heading back down Monday.. Stopped by kankakee quickly afterwards didnt see anything though. Yeah, cream belly. But face looked off a bit. Yeah, tons of browns in the area. Super common. Maybe a fox. Was thinking Bull / Fox / Hog. Hard to tell. Super small. A local friend ID'd it as a Bull.
@@loub747 yes, but now i think because the weahter's cooler, i may want to look for salamanders and newts now. R there any great places in Southern California to find them?
Probably more than once. If you are referring to the chime when the birds were on the road, I actually added those sounds in. The window was up and you couldn't hear the motorcycle at all. Added it all in editing. A lot of work like that goes into these videos. Hopefully it's never really noticed and seems to flow. Lou
Searching for snakes combined with humor always gives me a smile. Great work Lou.
Thanks so much. Appreciate it.
Hee hee! I've herped his property back in June and got nothing. You were lucky to see the garter and lizard! 🥰
