    i've gone from labrador to newfoundland on a freighter. it was rough enough. it must have been really something to sails these boats.

      Nah man, we have gene diversity here in Scandinavia as well, but of course we have a lot of people with blond hair :)

      Recent studies show vikings were of all kinds. DNA tests on 400 viking graves turned out to reveal south American and even Asian dna. Fascinating recent finds!

      @@JP-re3bc possibly. But there are so many possibilities, for example the dna found could be from people that were taken by force with the vikings or people that voluntary joined them. There's just too many possibilities :p
