That's a good solution for deleting individual files on HDD drives. How about SSD drives? As you know, SSDs use a different way to store files. So, I wonder if this app can securely delete an individual file on an SDD.

Unfortunately, selective wiping of data on SSD drives is not something I recommend, even if an app says it does that.
This is (as you said) due to different system of addressing in SSD drives.
So, for SSDs, you better wipe the whole drive entirely.
