How to Permanently Delete Files so They are Unrecoverable

If you have some files that have sensitive information that you need to delete permanently, you can use the free Blank and Secure software to delete them so that they will not be able to be recovered by file recovery software methods. This tool will overwrite the data with random numbers before deleting it. You can also choose to have the files overwritten from 1 to 35 times.

Very interesting. Might prove useful with old password and information files I have on my external drive. I always keep them there so they don't get encrypted if I shall get infected somehow. Either way this looks easy to use.

Yes, there are several tools you can use to wipe free space so that deleted files cannot be recovered.
