How to Create and Decorate a Bookmark Tag, Plus Adding Embellishments to Chapter Pages

In this video in live-time, I explain some easy ways to make bookmark/ journal tags and some ways you could consider decorating it. I demonstrate the process by creating a tag to put in the pocket of my first chapter in my trauma journal. I give ideas on how you can use the bookmarks or tags to comfort or encourage yourself. I then add more decorations to the chapter and go over considerations on how you might make your pages match to the page next to it. Making bookmarks, tags, decorations, and embellishments is a fun way to make your journal cozy, inviting, and comforting, which makes processing grief or trauma in journal art or writing feel safer. This is also something you can do if you need to make art and do something fun, but aren't ready to do heavy grief work or don't have a lot of time. These cute decorations and bookmarks can really pull you into wanting to work on, process, and express your feelings through your Grief Journal.
