when you are sad , just play this loud ,and it will make you feel good just like the sun is out and you feel happy and good , enjoy your life as you only have one go at it so enjoy life love and peace to all 4/11/20 :)
The characters were Uncle Fester, Lurch and Morticia Addams. I think the blonde and the other zombie were from the Munsters. The singer was Bobby Pickett, aping Boris Karloff who performed in comedy horror movies with a "British" accent (meaning RP/ Queen's English). Michael Jackson's 1982 Thriller in the second half.
I feel the singer could have done the Boris Karloff voice without all those ridiculous facial expressions. He looks rather silly. On a side related note, I used to date the daughter of the drummer for that song.
It was recorded live in 1964, he was on the stage alone William.. how else was he to convey this song (he was lip syncing) he was also on the stage alone (no backing dancers).. he did a fantastic job with the facial expressions and those same facial expressions made it memorable and its the reason the song is still being played all these years later - the drummer of the band was homosexual, he didn't have a daughter... not sure why you'd lie on a RUclips video but good luck to you...
A childhood favorite. Still listen to it all the time.
It's a good classic music video! WF-😎🤩😍😉✌️👌

Ghostbusters is still better though

I was turning 12 that year and I remember dancing and singing to that tune in our cellar while doing the laundry!!!!!!!
I can't believe that this was banned because the images from the words were so scary. I remember it from the 1970s though.
Stands the test time. Take it away Bobby Pickett!💀💀💀
very bizarre...
I love it
Groovy
The music had a catchy tune. I am too young to recognize the people..👹👹👹👹

I'm still sad this song never got an official music video though. Some older songs or around the same age as this one did. But eh oh well.
😺That was Great!!!👍💓
This BANGS)))))))))
The be(a)st!
