Smoothies don’t necessarily contain loads of fruit. The way I make it, it hardly raises my blood sugar. I might add half an apple for taste, but that’s all, the rest is greens, avocado, some form of protein, nuts and seeds.
What articular type of protein do you use?

Putting a fruit in the blender doesn't remove the fibers

Contrary to this post, multiple studies show that blending fruits releases fiber and therefore highens the level of available fiber in a fruit.

Well then how do some people cure diseases by juicing? And how do many others thrive and still have their morning smoothie? I think that it is largely going to depend on the person.
I think substituting your daily donut with a smoothie is a healt benefit, while substituting your daily fruit salad with a smoothie is a step down.

When you make a smoothie the fiber is still attached. Essentially it’s just doing the chewing stage of your mouth. Think about when you’re eating an orange… as soon as you bite it the juice runs down your throat - you don’t swallow it whole. You only damage the fiber if you completely pulverise the fruit into dust
Mastication (chewing) comes no where close to industrially made steel smoothie blades rotating at 3000rpm. Think about chewed peanuts vs peanut butter.

Come to the Philippines--- our bananas are ancestrally grown, so with other fruits like papaya,avocado , mangoes, etc.-- all naturally grown here

I have a veggie kale 🥬, spinach and Broccoli 🥦 smoothie with a little bit of blueberries or banana 🍌. It’s great for me :)

What they say on this short has been disproven time and time again by science. You still get all the fiber with smoothies. If blending removed the fiber so would chewing and the digestive track.

on youtube there is another guy who shows studies that what she says does not happen. you can blend fruit without problems. everything is different what we eat now

I don’t give a shit I do a sweet fruit smoothie mixed bag from Whole Foods but in that sugar mix, I can hide so much spinach powders shit that I would never consume if it wasn’t for some yummy fruit which I probably wouldn’t eat not smoothied

Is any water amount lost? from your juice? If you don’t lose water you don’t concentrate them if you don’t boil if you don’t evaporate the water it doesn’t get lost . It’s all there. You have what you have from the beginning.
How do you eat it without breaking down the fiber? Bc you chew it then it goes into your stomach and is broken down??

What is glucose spike? Spike is anything above. the normal range spike is an excess. It is natural after you eat to have your glucose level going up and there should be within a reference normal range
from 100 to 140 mg/dL.
If the glucose levels raise above 180 mg/dL that’s a spike !
I encourage people to grow native North American Strawberry. They make an excellent groundcover, they are excellent for wildlife and are actually very small Strawberries

Smoothy is better if we eat the fruits in its natural form. Our mouth dont masticate the muscle you just swallow there is a big difference.

A small question when the fruits are in our stomach they’re not blended? Of course they’re blended. Is another thing to juice them and get the juice without fiber and another thing to blend.

What if we blend fruits and not stain it.. does it lose the fibres? Logically it shouldn’t... since fibres are just the solids so where will it go, it would be remaining in the blended fruit... so my question here does grinding fibres to tiny particles affect how they move inside our bodies? Affect blood sugar? Affect cholesterol?
It means that the sugars are liberated from within the fiber matrices. That makes the sugar more readily accessible, raising the glycaemic impact. It also slightly increases the volume of sugar to be dealt with in the intestine and, potentially, the liver (depending on volume)

You don’t always have to make a sweet smoothie. You can add lots of greens with protein powder, Greek yogurt, avocados and even cauliflower tastes good in it with some raw honey. Now don’t tell me we shouldn’t eat honey either bc it’s sweet. lol It’s endless how we are told that everything is bad for us. I feel like a lot of healthy eating has to do with moderation and balance too.
