The people ran a stop sign silly. All the can do is give the kid a ticket for driving without a license. If they want to try and sue the family good luck. Stop playing the victim and take responsibility for your in mistakes even when it's very tragic....
He will get charged for driving without a license but the people died are at fault for running the stop sign. It was their fault not the kid. They would easily just ran the stop sign and someone else would have killed them.
The kid said at first his parents knew he took the car. Even his neighbor told him to be careful what they do around there. I know because I heard it from the kid himself.
Why aren’t they charged for driving without license, is he an illegal alien? Sounds like a dope hope this kids family has insurance because their going to need it ! Either way this kid should pay consequences! Don’t blame the victims you killed!

That kid was the problem . That kid is one of my sister's students. She lives there, and teaches at the school there
