I wonder how this will play out considering that she's a SCHOOL police officer? A child shot himself under her care at home, but she's also entrusted with minors at school. Will she still be allowed to protect other children if she couldn't protect her own? My comment isn't meant to be taken as criticism towards her parenting skills but rather more of interest on how the law applies to circumstances like these. For reference, People charged with child neglect that results in bodily harm are usually not allowed near other minors..... so will she still be allowed to work in a school system if she bonds out and how will this work out for her future in that field?
HOW WE KNOW SHE DID NOT SHOOT THE KID FOR REAL???? THIS IS ATTEMPTED MURDER. sHE SHOT HER KID CAUSE SHE DOES NOT WANT HIM ANYMORE AS WELL AS THE FATHER DOES NOT WANT HER PROB! SHE EITHER SHOT HIM HERSELF OR SHE LEFT THE GUN FOR HIM TO GET TO IT AND KILL HIMSELF. IF FATHER IS IN HIS LIFE, HE NEED TO BE CHARGED WITH NEGLECT TOO.
Cop=Gang member. The one who think they are the only ones that carry and own a guns are actually the ones who needs more education on weapons. They pay to much attention to officer safety and to much money on equipment and salary all the while they need more protection from themselves.
Good lord. She already is punishing herself more then any court can. This is s9mething she will have to live with for the rest if her life. Thank God the baby is stabile. Dont seperate the mother from her toddler. LET her out on o.r. she is going to run any where. No where to run. No money.
Either she made statements during the booking process that led Corrections to believe she was a danger to herself or Corrections dresses all defendants facing certain charges in the smock.
Of course she is responsible, her gun was left on the kitchen table and she has a 3 year old in the house!!!!!! Absolutely irresponsible, especially since she is trained to properly use and secure a weapon! No accident, but definitely negligence and carelessness, and that led to the child getting a hold of the gun and shooting himself in the leg. Thank goodness he is going to be okay.
A firearm cannot be accessible to minors in the home. I believe the only loop hole is if it is not loaded (I know, stupid, but ......). It requires a LOADED firearm to be locked in a secure place or trigger lock where a minor in the home younger than 16 cannot gain access.
Very much preventable.
Great parenting skills leaving a firearm in arm reach of a child
People too stupid to secure their weapons
Shot in the foot and you're to blame.
You give police work a bad name.
😁
They took her badge because she stained her name she gives motherhood a bad name.
why did I sang it instead of just reading it? 😂😂

20 dollars says she gets probation and a slap on the wrist since she's a cop
Like they always do .. but yet if it was someone else they won't get off that easy

How tf is she a cop??
Affirmative action!
Have you seen the cops in this country? I'm more surprised you're shocked
@@gooddoggy3257now redefined as DEI hires.
Cops are just regular people. They’re a mess just like everybody else. It should be required to have your crap together to be in law enforcement.
Cuz she’s a cutie that’s why
That terrible, I hope and pray for the child safe recovery.
How in the WORLD!!!!! DOES A 3 YEAR OLD HAS THE WILL TO PICK UP A GUN AND SHOOT??
Or the strength??? Something doesn't add up for me.
The inner City trash has no problem operating a gun, they just can't seem to drive a car
What makes you think the child had intent to fire the gun?

He may not have aimed it. Obviously she didn't turn the safety lock on. All he would have had to do was jostle it and the gun goes off.
WOW! You cannot make up a story like this.
Actually happens more often than you would think.

She shouldn’t be a cop she’s not responsible as a parent,
When hiring is based on inclusion and diversity
P search tragedy but as a responsible bonded law enforcement officer she should know better
Not much education to become a police officer basically a GED not very high standards
Merit, skills and aptitude aside, she checked the other “correct” boxes.

career move..
She was negligent with firearm. Good looking woman though. 😊
interesting how this only happens in America
More diversity excellence

Either she made statements during the booking process that led Corrections to believe she was a danger to herself or Corrections dresses all defendants facing certain charges in the smock.
Because inmates don’t take kindly to cops.
Judge Glazer is a YT star because she's always on YT arraigning Miami criminalz

Yes good question, where is the father?

I don’t get why she’s arrested if it was accidental?
Child neglect and endangerment is a felony. Duhhhhh

When you live in a pig police state you'd expect to get arrested for picking your nose in traffic.
Wym why? Child neglect

Yes and Tennessee wants teachers to carry guns.
To protect themselves from thug students that carry guns
Should not it be the father who is in jail for not properly securing his firearm?
No dummy cuz it belonged to the mother
It was her private gun. Had nothing to do with the father
What an absolutely bizarre comment.
