    Thank you for this extensive explanation. May I ask if it has held up? I have the same problem and I'm interesting in trying this before removing the heater box. Thanks.

      @@hitsov That’s good to hear, thank you. I’m going to try to go in with a borescope first to make sure this is actually the problem.

      @@josephe5146 Success! If you remove the stepper motor and rotate the axis manually and the temp changes randomly or doesn't change at all, its likely the cause.

      @@hitsov I looked inside, it's definitely the blend door disconnected from the green/yellow shaft. Getting it set in the correct position before putting a screw or pin in place is going to be tricky, as you said in the video. I might end up just cutting a hole in the plastic.

    За достъп до този механизъм от шофьорската страна трябва ли да се разглоби таблото, предния панел и волана? Или повече се разглобява?
