Been Feminine all my life and never had an issue with a man, Lost husband of 25 years in 2018 to brain cancer. Met a great guy who also lost his wife of 28 years. I'am 62 and he is 59 and he thinks I'am beautiful. We enjoy every moment we share together. Engaged after a year. I love being feminine .You are so right in everything you said.😊😊😊😊
Your story makes me happy ❤ I’ve been with my husband for 12 years and last year he too was diagnosed with brain cancer. I pray to god he doesn’t leave me for a very long time, I’m afraid to not have him in my.
Ladies ladies FEMININITY IS NOT ABOUT PLEASING MEN. It's about your walk and journey as a woman. Please remember everyone has masculine and feminine energy inside of them. It's not good to tip over on one board on feminine side or masculine
Yes, it is about pleasing men. Anytime a woman does something else, she gets called manly. I think it is very sexist. I think emotional or logical etc. A gender/sex doesn't own a trait. It is a trait, human nature. Well women are more caring. It is different even if a man is like that. Yes, guys are lazy, selfish, sexist. But a woman leading is not a man. She is still a woman period. They say guys take risks, they really don't. It is women who do. It is assumed manly though and women who do then get called out. Sorry. Like the monkey bars, they are for everyone. Not just certain kids. Yes, there is yin and yang. It is not a gender/sex thing though.
My family has always put he “ANGRY BLACK WOMEN” thing on me when I get angry or yell or argue with them because I am Darkskin. Yet, when I am with a man I calm down and the center me. Naturally I become more submissive and I like very dominant men who take the lead, basically older Black men with money 4-11 years my senior. When I was on the phone with a guy I was speaking to 3 days ago he said how much I acted feminine, how I dress, how I look, my body is just feminine. A girl he was with dressed feminine, but acted masculine. We both agreed with gender roles (NOT TO THE VERY EXTREME) and let’s just say just from me being feminine he got you....just over from the phone. He called me 3 more times that day. Women, we literally have powers in just being women. Use that femininity.🥰
Thank you for sharing love. Yes, it's very interesting how different we can be with our family versus a man. I am glad that you know how to use your power and you enjoy basking in your God given goodness. Much love to you
I dated older and the guy still didn’t know how to communicate and it made me angrier like ur a grown ass man and don’t know how to speak up ? It’s not about age its about being mature
Well now I see why my bf is so clingy... I LOVE being alone! I find so much comfort in solace that when I finally open my room doors and let him in he’s so excited!
3 feminine ways to keep a guy interested: 1) Develop dimensions within yourself Have multiple dimensions by enlightening yourself with knowledge/ variety/ be willing to change 2) Stop and be still : leave him alone, slow down, stop 3) Femininity : be loving, nurturing and compassionate, smiling, the wav you move or look at him, be a cheerful receiver
So I have to tell you. I’m 48 years old and I am just now learning through you how to embrace my femininity. I was a a single mom throughout my 20s and 30s. Know that I’m in my 40s I don’t have any luck with relationships because I’ve been told I’m too masculine. I LOVE MEN. I LOVE MY MAN. ( ex now) but I lost him because of this. I had to relocate back to the West Coast. I am devastated and heartbroken. He lives in Pennsylvania and I don’t get to see him or talk to him or anything now. Because of the way things ended. Even though I don’t want to be that way, I just don’t know anything else. I’ve been in survival mode my whole life. Everything that you teach is super foreign to me... i have been listening to you on my way home from work all week. I’m sitting in traffic crying every day because your words touched my heart and my spirit. thank you for your guidance!!

I work in the mortgage industry, my job is very demanding I work a lot / long hours provide for my family. He said I never planned any romantic dates with him. The list goes on and on.😩
I love how Dr. Michelle`s advice isn`t necessarily about pleasing men or laboring for men, what she is really saying is that you be the best version of yourself and there will be a man who will find value in that. I can admit that it`s only now that I am learning to be more feminine and I LOVE IT. Thank you Dr. Michelle
This video brought me to tears. My marriage had been on a rough patch for a while and we are still trying to recover but this video made me realize so much about myself and how much I am personally affecting my marriage! Thank you so much!
Girl you're not alone! It's as if masculinity in women is hailed in our society when it goes against the foundation of who we are. Of course there are moments we need to be more aggressive, however, for the most part, a feminine nature is our ideal setting 😊
Thank you for sharing love. To be honest as much as I want to say "yes girl drop him".... sometimes, they really do need that conversation from you. The thing is... us women underestimate how much power and influence we have over our partners. Especially married women. I truly believe if we women begin to truly show our disappointment in them for those comments, while guiding them in a way that resonates with them ... we will see a major positive shift towards humanity. Much love to you babe.
Your channel has helped me sooo much. My first marriage was abusive for 9 years. I developed so much defensive, masculine energy to survive. When I got divorced, your channel helped me get back in touch with my feminine energy. I catch myself re-watching your videos just to recap and stay on track. Thank you for all your help. ❤️
I love your tip about being still. I think the best interpretation of that which I have seen in a relationship is when you get into an argument with him, you retain your composure and do not scream at him. Just as women want to be loved, men want to be respected! Obviously if he steps out of line that's a different story, but if you see an argument escalating, you're better off stepping away and coming back when emotions aren't high anymore than dealing with it right there and saying something you didn't mean to.
@@backho5882 that would be an example of him stepping out of line. No man should ever use force against a woman, even if its to stop her from leaving an argument. Tell him what he's doing is unnacceptable and you will absolutely not tolerate a man who uses force against you. If he ever does anything like that (or worse, God-forbid) again, he clearly doesn't respect your bounderies and you should leave him for good.
@smallbusinessmarketerfreel4885 I've done the not reaching out, and just as I suspected, he didn't reach out either. Honestly you're better off with a guy who likes you enough to talk to you on a consistent basis and not just when you reach out. Believe it or not they're out there, and there's attractive ones out there who do that too. You're a pretty lady, you'll find better!
I’ve started listening to your podcast everyday my confidence is growing and I’m glad I have you to help me along my journey as a young female I’m 18 btw we’re not exposed to people or information like this so I’m forever grateful that you decided to create this channel and blessing us with this type of content ❤️
That is wonderful! I am so happy to know that my podcast is meaningful to you. You, and ladies in this situation are the very reason why I made this channel and you did not find it on accident. So much love to you.
I am going to be 48 on the 20 of November and I am learning too lol. I watch a few feminine channels however Dr Michele is the one I identify most with.
I love that you address femininity in marriage. For myself, it seemed I displayed all of those qualities during our dating phase. However, as our life together has become more fruitful through business, children, our community, etc, it seems I have placed femininity on the back burner. I am excited to start this journey back to elegance, etiquette and femininity. Thank you
It used to be so easy for me to breathe femininity. I struggle so much now, but I literally smile whenever you post videos, when it hasn't been the easiest. Thank you ❤️
I am sorry to hear that and I will pray for you. Things will get better and your light will bring to shine bright my dear. Lean on the Lord because He loves you. I am so touched to know my videos help you to smile. Blessings and love to you my dear 🤍✨
Why are there a bunch of comments about don't just be feminine to keep a man do it for yourself? Who wants to strive to be beautiful to be by themselves? Stop always worrying about what a man is doing and be the best you can be and God will bless you with a wonderful man. That also means don't just deny men because you don't think they're good enough. It's a video about being feminine for those of us that want to be feminine and don't feel forced to be feminine, we WANT it.
It is definitely a mystery. Lots of wonderful and challenging aspects but it all depends on how you look at it. You will know when you are ready. Thank you for watching love!
@@BLURRRULB all the trickery whether a natural at it or unnatural just seems exhausting lol. I guess I enjoy being in my own space at peace too much to try to keep someone else captivated. Idk I hope I explained it right but yea 🤷🏾♀️
I’m glad you mentioned marriage a few times and your videos are always useful. I do think that a lot of this is more difficult when you are a mom of babies or toddlers -they poop, pee and vomit on you all day- they prevent you from sleeping well and stain all your clothing with baby food- I think it’s safe to say your husband should just love you through the mess when you have young children -under 5
Wow, God really speaks through you. Thank you Dr. Michelle. Lately I have been avoiding relationship videos but RUclips suggested this and I am so happy that this was so much more than about keeping a man, but about keeping your peace. God bless you.
Looking gorgeous!! And thank you, for this video. I have a guy in my life now, and want to keep him. Stillness, is soooooo important! I think, that's how my new guy decided, he wanted a relationship with me because of my stillness.
Hello how long have you been dating him? I was just wondering if he asked you to be his girlfriend or never asked explicitly bc im trying to figure out what I’m doing. I’m dating a guy for 6 months now he’s very handsome pays for all the dates says he really like me. It’s still new. But I’m wondering if he would ask for a relationship after some time?
Hi. I just stumbled upon your channel yesterday and I say you are quite helping me in dealing with my insecurities. I am currently practicing minimalist lifestyle but along the way I have neglected myself the care that I should have. You showed me that I can have minimalist lifestyle and stay classy/regal. Thank you for your very helpful content. I'll be working with my confidence now
Off topic, but I always hum along to the intro music!! Always a vibe no matter the selection...every video!! Thank you for this series!! Very informative and helpful! Be blessed! 💕
I’m 35 years old and I’m trying to begin my feminine journey (it’s way more hard than I would have anticipated) and I’m trying to pass the knowledge I get from you onto my mom as well. All my life I’ve been taught to be so self reliant and although I’m very successful in life I lack Femininity because of my upbringing. I used to like to dress up wear makeup and accessories but the more successful I got in life and the more dustys I encountered kept making me more masculine. I love men I just lack femininity. I hope it’s not too late for me
You ladies make me feel better about my feminine journey because I felt that I was behind at 33. I just wish I would’ve been on this journey years ago.
You can do everything said in this video and it wont guarantee a man won't leave or cheat or whatever. It takes both in the relationship. Some ppl are just never happy matter what you do and some ppl want change and I'm not talking about Changing up your hairstyle. If you're happy with yourself, love yourself and be yourself, the right person will come along.
This video is not for that type of situation, it’s leaning towards people who are in healthy relationships or for people who are interested in general😊.
You are so refreshing. Spending decades not really understanding my Divine Femininity, you are giving us permission to just BE. Thank you...This is so helpful to my Self Love Journey, Dr. Michelle!
I like the going away part, so much solitude and peace. I have got the opportunity to do so much inner reflection in myself, and have many cry sesh. With God for forgiveness on that yesterday, and I was able to re evaluate where I had myself misguided. I really appreciate being able to retune with my emotions, and remember who tf I am (potty mouth moment). I'm learning to appreciate the gift, of my own femininity again. I miss this goddess, and I will nurture her in all the ways she deserve to be uplifted. It's been so nice, to pour back into myself. Your reminders, are so amazing 😍 🙏🏾👑🌟
Hi, your videos are helping me with mindfulness. It was something someone told me to try and your tips are helping me practice it as well as finding myself love. HE has put you in my life today and I’m grateful. Today I woke up refreshed and calm. I am here in the now.
I just found your channel and it is so refreshing to see women talking about femininity. May I also add that femininity looks different in different seasons of life as well. For example, when you have babies and small children he will admire how nurturing you are even when you don't look your best. When you are up in age, heels are no longer an option, and your physical beauty fades your character is what makes you feminine, soft and eternally beautiful. Great content and keep up the good work.
Hi Dr. Michelle. I appreciate the fact that you are enlightening our fellow women to be confident and embrace their femininity because most women out here don't realize their potential to be feminine and happy. And by the way you looking smart and beautiful as always😀
Love talk your videos. I watch them over and over and each time I learn something new. I wish I saw these videos about 3 months ago. Now in a relationship, I use your tools and I already notice a huge difference in my relationship and how my man responds and behaves with me. Simply Amazing!!! Thank you Dr. Michelle🌷
I love your videos and I've learned so much! They need to talk about this stuff more in church. My struggle with being feminine is that I don't want to be more feminine in a way that feels inauthentic. Most of my passion and talents are things that are typically male activities (playing sports, creating music, producing music, etc) and there aren't a ton of super girly things I'm interested, although over the last few years I have started to tap into. I also struggle because my personality is one that makes me very drive and ambitious and I don't know how to be more feminine with that but also not change my personality. Over the past few years I have started to tap into my feminine side a bit more. I'm still working on it!
I'm a masculine female who has also never had an issue with having a man, however, after 5 years in, this one doesn't like me being smart, studious, self sufficient, tough and strong willed; so here I am. I started to "let" him plan the out to dinner place and was told that bullish. We aren't dating. We live together.
This is awesome and so relevant for me!! All of your videos have good take always for ladies already in a committed relationship but also speak to women trying to find that. I love your advice and your energy 🥰
I truly did not know there was something like this on RUclips...but I am glad I did, it helped me to look more at myself more and be the woman God wants me to be...thank you for sharing...God bless you.
Love this topic and your style so much. 🥰 Question? 💕 What are your thoughts on reciprocating gifts to a partner? Is it best for a feminine women to give thoughtful gifts to her man from time to time?
Thoughtful gifts from time to time seem thoughtful - esp unexpected gifts, not based on a gift given 💝 I think the amount of the gift is relative to the couple’s financial situation. Receiving gracefully & giving gracefully seem like good skills to have - and both may or may not require much out of the back (ex. nice pajamas/ lounge wear, favorite meal, spa services (when possible), Amazon favorites, etc. My husband loves that I place cold water on his night stand each night, replace his toothbrush quite often, keep him following a simple but effective skin care regimen, make doc/dental appointments, etc. These little things are gifts to him. But on occasion, I surprise him with something special - sometimes inexpensive (like when we first met), and sometimes expensive (indicative of our growth together). But...he really deserves the appreciation & consideration, and is very giving himself.
Beautyand Positivity sounds so wonderful! I thought perhaps a gift card to a store for him to try. Just more of a surprise small gesture of appreciation. He pays for everything. I don’t spend a dime on anything otherwise. Edit: I thought in qualities such as graciousness and thoughtfulness (in financial moderation) could enhance ones femininity and image.
Thank you so much sweetheart. This is a wonderful question that I will address in another video because my perception may be very different than what you are used to. I give gifts from time to time, but the intention is not to impress him. There are many factors involved and I do not think you should be buying anything expensive especially just starting off. Again, I will film an in- depth video because this is a serious topic that can truly mess things up if you do not understand the problems you may be causing. Stay tuned.. Much love to you
@shruti roy I know that this question was posed to someone else, but I follow SheRaSeven1, Michaela Pink, The Pink Pill, Karine Alourde, Chrissie's femininity channel, and Chloe and they all hold to the mantra of not gifting men, since you are his gift, aka "the prize." Anything you could get him pales in comparison to your presence, so why try to top yourself? ♡
You are a gem. A Beautiful woman who will inspire so many women to desire their femininity. I have been in the process of discovering my femininity. Thank you for reviving what's been lost. 🙏🏼❤️
to me, being a "cheerful receiver" at all times poses a problem: that men build expectations, take ownership of that segment and start telling you how you suppose to act out as a woman, when to smile, etc. in order to make them feel the man of their own dreams! yuck!😖 I find that to be unbearable!
I love this so! Your channel is so authentic and sweet. You have inspired me to create my own channel where I will share my knowledge of femininity with other feminine women. I really appreciate you for sharing your lessons with us! You’ve been an instrument in my personal development during this quarantine, I can’t thank you enough.

It's a video about being feminine for those of us that want to be feminine and don't feel forced to be feminine, we WANT it.
I love the tone of your voice. This video didn’t even seem like it was 20 minutes😊
Aww thank you so much my love!
I am busting out in a happy dance or jumping up and down and my husband knows I am GENUINELY excited lol. Never be afraid to be yourself!
lol! Thats awesome!!!
Love the aura you give off 🥰
I adore your commitment to elevating your sisters! I love listening to your videos in the car where my daughters can hear your wisdom too.😘
Thank you so much my love. I am happy to know that you are guiding your daughters as well. Much love to you
Marriage seems sooo hard. That's how I know I'm not ready yet lol
It is definitely a mystery. Lots of wonderful and challenging aspects but it all depends on how you look at it. You will know when you are ready. Thank you for watching love!
you could always have an entanglement agreement lol
@@BLURRRULB all the trickery whether a natural at it or unnatural just seems exhausting lol. I guess I enjoy being in my own space at peace too much to try to keep someone else captivated. Idk I hope I explained it right but yea 🤷🏾♀️
@@crazycatlady312 I AGREE. I listen to her and need a nap 😴. Too much to think about doing.
Don’t dooooo it
Her facial expressions for each sentence and vocabulary is perfect
You're a blessing, you popped up on my homepage the right time. I've been struggling and lost myself. I really appreciate you.
Thank you so much for your sweet words, they truly touched me. I appreciate all of your love and support. Godspeed on your journey back to you babe
I’m glad you mentioned marriage a few times and your videos are always useful. I do think that a lot of this is more difficult when you are a mom of babies or toddlers -they poop, pee and vomit on you all day- they prevent you from sleeping well and stain all your clothing with baby food- I think it’s safe to say your husband should just love you through the mess when you have young children -under 5
Even being sooooo exhausted, u just want to nap .
Wow, God really speaks through you. Thank you Dr. Michelle. Lately I have been avoiding relationship videos but RUclips suggested this and I am so happy that this was so much more than about keeping a man, but about keeping your peace. God bless you.
Your comment means to world to me, thank you. I am so happy to know God touched you. Much love to you!
Absolutely love your energy and dedication to educate women in a high level.
Looking gorgeous!! And thank you, for this video. I have a guy in my life now, and want to keep him.
Stillness, is soooooo important! I think, that's how my new guy decided, he wanted a relationship with me because of my stillness.
Yes love, it is actually a very rare quality to find in a person. You are beautiful, inside and out. Thank so much for sharing.
@@drmichelledaf Yes, it is a rare quality to have and thank you❤

Be blessed! 💕
Omg me toooo. I thought I was the only one 💞
I hope it’s not too late for me
Never too late
Michelle!
Cyn Champion thank you so much sweetheart. I truly appreciate your words and your support. Much love to you 🤍💋💋✨✨
I like the going away part, so much solitude and peace.
Pls pls do a makeup tutorial of this look. Its defo ur best
aww, look at how beautiful you look dr Mitchelle, I just kept blushing couldn't get my eyes off your eyes and your smile. thank you for these tips.
You are so sweet. You are beautiful and I love your comments. Thank you for your kind words and support. Much love to you!
@@drmichelledaf thanks, love you too 💘 😻
Hi, your videos are helping me with mindfulness. It was something someone told me to try and your tips are helping me practice it as well as finding myself love. HE has put you in my life today and I’m grateful. Today I woke up refreshed and calm. I am here in the now.
Thanks so much for this video. Im married 6 years now and the reminders from your video are quite timely!
Congratulations on 6 years of marriage! I am happy to know that this has been helpful. Much love to you!
So important and true! Thank you for sharing that my love
Hi Dr.
Michelle🌷
May I ask what are some of the things you’ve been doing to notice this change?
TO KEEP IT GOING, IS AND WILL BE VERY CHALLENGING
You should definitely write a book❤️❤️
Thank you for your words of encouragement, it really means a lot honey. I just might
Thank you for the awesome words! They’ve really been helping me gain more confidence in myself lately! Also, you’re so beautiful! 💖

Love this topic and your style so much. 🥰
Question? 💕 What are your thoughts on reciprocating gifts to a partner? Is it best for a feminine women to give thoughtful gifts to her man from time to time?
Co ask - but I think with me it’s just a matter of feeling bad for all the things I have received from the man
Thoughtful gifts from time to time seem thoughtful - esp unexpected gifts, not based on a gift given 💝 I think the amount of the gift is relative to the couple’s financial situation.
It goes both ways. Our man need to up their game too
I look forward to the video for married people.
You are so calming and say such true things. It’s relaxing just to hear you talk plus you give great advice👍
Awe that is so sweet of you to say. Thank you so much. I appreciate your words and your support.
to me, being a "cheerful receiver" at all times poses a problem: that men build expectations, take ownership of that segment and start telling you how you suppose to act out as a woman, when to smile, etc. in order to make them feel the man of their own dreams! yuck!😖 I find that to be unbearable!
True,
I clicked on this video so fast! Thank you for this ! And thank you for the comment feature. You are changing lives 🙈💓
I love this so! Your channel is so authentic and sweet. You have inspired me to create my own channel where I will share my knowledge of femininity with other feminine women.
