So in game 3 Andrew almost lost it for himself by switching in Chi-Yu. Had the Raging Bolt woke on that turn it would have been over. There was no need to switch out when you have redirection with Amoongus, could have started doing damage to the raging bolt earlier instead of making it a nail biter finish.

I agree with the first part of what you said, but Andrew needed to rage powder + hyper beam into Urshifu, not the Bolt on that turn. Hyper beam has only a small chance to OHKO Bolt, so it would have given Leonard several ways to win if it didn't OHKO since Terapagos would have needed to take a recharge turn. Andrew probably would have needed a 3-turn sleep. If he clicked Rage Powder + Hyper Beam into Ursh, he could only loses if Bolt wakes up on turn 1 and he misses Hyper Beam (~3%). So unless I am mistaken Rage Powder + hyper beam the Ursh was his safest play.
